Bubble Hut Cafe is a nice option for the Cranbrook area. I had the lychee fruit tea with boba and found the drink refreshing: soft and chewy boba and flavorful drink. I got 25% sugar and was glad I reduced the sugar because the boba already comes with a sweet simple syrup. While this isn't the best bubble tea I've had, its a great option for a small town like Cranbrook.
Stopped here driving through, counter service was good. However, the food is really mediocre at best. The sauces (carbonara and pesto) didn't have much flavor and gnocchi were very bland.
The bubble tea was pretty bad. The fruit flavor one seemed ok but the matcha milk tea was unpleasant and the boba were soft and tasteless. Couldn't finish drinking it.
Really should be rated 3-3.5 stars not 4.8 stars.

When we travel we like to visit the hometown type of places. We couldn’t have picked a better place this evening than the Italian kitchen here in Cranbrook! The food was amazing, very fresh flavor. I think the dinner salad was the freshest salad I’ve ever had and I only wish I had enough appetite to try even more of the Pastas!
