Ordered at the drive through at 930 for a late dinner and was made to wait for our order which is totally fine as I would expect a fresh hot meal for the family… fries-cold! Burgers-cold! Nuggets-cold! What exactly were we waiting for? Pretty poor experience!

UPDATE on my review.
After my complaint, a team member reached out , apologized, and said he would talk to his staff and replace the oder. When I got there, the food was fresh and hot. Greatly appreciated ?
Cut my hamburger patty in 1/2 then other side put pickles. My cheeseburger doesn't come with pickles. And only portion of cheese too. Cold fries too, and dry chicken.

Tonight I had a Burger cravings so I Decided to order Whopper at the drive thru for my supper tonight. Payed $11 was so worth the money. Whopper was taste very Good, French Fries was hot . Thanks to Jen the person who toke my order tonight she was very suggestive and polite while i was placing my order.

I went through drive through and ordered three burgers- very clearly I said NO MUSTARD AND NO TOMATO AND CRISPY BACON. The girl failed to put crispy bacon on the order screen so I said it over and over even at the window. The other burger was no jalapeños. Upon getting home- my burger was had so much mustard on it; it literally burned my mouth. I started getting sick. I could not eat it and double checked my receipt to be sure the cashier stated it and yes it states it, my bacon was RAW, barely flipped if at all. I could not eat any of my food as now I was reacting to so much mustard.
Second burger had jalapeños on it, we had to pick them off. The third burger was ok. I have had to take allergy meds to calm my system from so much mustard.

I have always had a great experience here. Unfortunately, I was in today and ordered some mozzarella sticks and was politely told that they were out. I was totally ok with that! Minutes later I was sitting and eating my food and a gentleman walked in and asked to order some mozzarella sticks... he was also told they were out and he expressed that his kid was going to be disappointed, the employee promptly told him that they actually did have the mozzarella sticks, and were saving them for DoorDash orders.. The employee said no problem that he would be able to get them for him.. I sat at my table shocked. I'm a reasonable person, but I was frustrated someone else was given something when I was told they were out. I don't appreciate the dishonesty.

We visited for a quick munch, and the front staff was quick and knowledgeable about their menu, and we did receive our food in no time quickly and fresh.

Staff were very friendly as well as the atmosphere. restaurant was very clean. I had tried the mushroom whopper melt and it was very delicious. Will definitely be coming back for the great service again.

Well the only affordable jr king items have been taken off their menu..
Therefore forcing you to either pay a ridiculously over priced for mediocre bare minimum fast food or go somewhere else..
Well..
I chose go somewhere else from now on and forever!
Last thing I ordered a bk blast which is basically a half cup Sunday for 4$ +tax
It's disheartening that these big name chain restaurants that have always made a good profit from their customers are cheaping us out even more little by little!
Yeah inflation is a thing but so is greedy franchise owners!
I will not support this restaurant nore will my friends and family members ever eat eat or ordered anything from these crooks ever again!

Let's get back to supporting small local businesses who aren't out to bleed our bank accounts and families dry while only serving the bare minimum!
I for 1 will not stand for this!

Always a great experience! I have to give a big shout out to Tams and Jen, they have the best customer service and are just amazing. They make my day anytime I see them!
