Never got what I asked for, I asked for bacon got sausage, also my coffee 3/4 full and cold. My food was cold and greasy as well. 1/2 hash brown pucks dried out. Had to throw out. My receipt was not original, could not do survey. The drive through worker rude as well. Called and no answer.

Ordered at the drive through at 930 for a late dinner and was made to wait for our order which is totally fine as I would expect a fresh hot meal for the family… fries-cold! Burgers-cold! Nuggets-cold! What exactly were we waiting for? Pretty poor experience!

UPDATE on my review. After my complaint, a team member reached out , apologized, and said he would talk to his staff and replace the oder. When I got there, the food was fresh and hot. Greatly appreciated ? Cut my hamburger patty in 1/2 then other side put pickles. My cheeseburger doesn't come with pickles. And only portion of cheese too. Cold fries too, and dry chicken. Not impressed

Tonight I had a Burger cravings so I Decided to order Whopper at the drive thru for my supper tonight. Payed $11 was so worth the money. Whopper was taste very Good, French Fries was hot . Thanks to Jen the person who toke my order tonight she was very suggestive and polite while i was placing my order.
