Had the opportunity to meet and chat with the new owner today, he and his staff are fantastic. Very excited for them to be open again. Welcome to Cranbrook, I wish you and your family the best of luck and all the success. Enjoy the Kootenays!

New management is great, went above and beyond to make something right that wasn’t even their fault (previous owner issue). Food is still top notch, my favourites being the sourdough bread and really any scone they have.

I seriously love this place! Always fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The cinnamon buns and the cheese and chive/herb pull apart bread are my favorites:)

Amazing bread. Jacklyn and Brandon were super awesome and friendly. Can't wait to try all the different types of bread I got

Good selection and amazing staff. The most lovely lady helped me today.

The male upfront gave me a decent size item for free! It’s hard to get free stuff these days.

Delicious products. Staff was very short and seemed inconvenienced by me.

The absolute worst place I've ever worked. I've tried to let go of the memories of the most vile treatment I've ever received and just can't. The things that were said to me in front of customers were unforgivable to the point I had to serve people their food in tears.
