We came for thanks giving dinner. We were really looking forward to it. Service was bad due to Staff shortage. Food was sub standard. (when we Finally got it) I felt sorry for the staff as they had problems in the kitchen they apologized again and again even though it was not their fault. The manager is responsible for managing. He or she is totally incompetent. They did give us a discount of 20%. Our Thanksgiving dinner was awful. We will never at at Dennys again.
Cranbrook, BC consistently has the WORST service of any place I've ever been. Time to stop coming here :(
So I don’t order from here often but when I ordered a brunch take out for my wife and I, they gave above and beyond service. There was a guy in front of me taking forever on some d*** transaction they saw I had a take out item and immediately rang me through to get me on my way with my warm take out.
