Don Cherry's Sports Grill

I had an awesome experience at this restaurant.The customer service was top-notch, and the girl working was so welcoming and friendly with great personality. I highly recommend this place!

Poor service , we have ordered a meal which we later found out that is contained a product which I’m allergic to and the waitress wouldn’t exchange it to a different meal , she made us pay for it even though we’ve tried to cancel before she has served us , she was very ignorant about it when we try talking and explaining her our situation, what a shame of hospitality ! I will never come back !

While on a roadtrip through the mountains, we were happy to find Don Cherry's in Cranbrook, BC. The food was excellent, the service was superb - if you're travelling that way I recommend you try it.

Not really sure where to start for this oneSo atmosphere - kind of a worn out old sports bar where if you go too far In the door you run into the pull tab and keno machineService- got seated at one of the tables without old dinnerware on it, ladies ordered 3 drinks and I a beer, they got their drinks, which looked good, no luck on the beer, wife went to washroom through another restaurant into hotel lobby and back, still no beer, server was busy with the "4" other tables that had people at them, got to us for orders, still no beer.. then light bulb goes on, and there's a beer.Food- kept it simple mozzarella stick appies chicken burgers for ladies & fish burger for me.Came out with burger and fries on plate, very lackluster, chicken burgers were far from golden brown, in the realm of almost combusting in the fryer! Fish burger was very bland. If it wasn't for the frozen mozzarella sticks and frozen Costco style fries, review would be 1, I'm being generous with the 2 here folks. Oh, I forgot to tell you about the hair in my beer, too!

WowBeen here several times and had no issues until today.I had an issue with my meal as it included some ingredients that were not listed on the menu. If the waitress had bothered to come back to my table after 15 minutes she might have been able to do something (and it was not busy). I requested my bill and she took the cost of the meal (which I did not eat) off my bill, charged me $15 for my drink and I ordered SKIP.Honestly, give this place a miss.

Amazing lounge. Our server was very friendly and prompt with taking our order. She came to check on us as needed. I would recommend this lounge to anyone traveling in the area.

had a couple drinks there. fantastic. A prefect gin martini and old fashioned! bartender was real nice.The crowd seemed to love the hot wings there.full place and people seemed to love it there.

Food was cold and service terrible. Trust me the servers will ignore you in favour of talking to each other. They say their wings are legendary, think again. We believe our food sat there for 45 minutes before they brought it out. Do me a favour go somewhere else and you won’t leave feeling like you over paid for salty tasteless cafeteria food, served by incompetent people.

Meh… friendly server but as far as the food goes and out zero effort for presentation and overall taste. Soup was nuked I’m sure, not the DC of the past. Probably not a repeat.
