Service is great however the food is hit or miss first time was amazing thought it was going to be my go to every time I come to town for errands second time the food was so dry and bland (chicken especially) even smothering it in sauce wasn't enough to save it couldn't choke it down so I ended up throwing out my dinner =( unsure if I wanna try again

Fish and Chips were great! Service was outstanding and the atmosphere in the old bar was fantastic. Pool tables were open as well so shooting a couple games while we waited was great way to kill the time. Definitely recommend checking this restaurant/pub out.

Went for wings had the best customer service I've had in a long time. Our server Tawny was attentive and friendly. Despite a busy restaurant she was on top of it.

First time here November 18th, it was recommended by staff at a store a block away. We were looking for somewhere different and wow did we ever get it 👏🏻👏🏻

I’m not adventurous when it comes to eating out at new places lol, I’m sure glad I took the plung here.

Very steadily busy for the amount of time we were there but not loud, and what a great atmosphere. Located in the Cranbrook Hotel, downtown Cranbrook.

We decided on French onion soup, and side order of fries/gravy. First of all the French onion soup wasn’t watery vs thick, super flavourful (the best we’ve ever had) and hearty, and came with unexpected garlic toast and a salad! And only $11 😳🤩 Too, the fries ($8) were incredible (we’d asked for crispy), handmade, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside… just what we’d asked for 👏🏻👏🏻. Again the best ever. The gravy too, thick and flavourful.

Our server, Rae Lynn, was everything you’d want helping you. Very personalable, friendly, she knew the menu front to back. No push back )as you see in a lot of places nowadays), when I asked for extra napkins, condiments etc etc

I highly recommend Fenwick & Baker Pub! Treat yourselves people 🤗

Great pub atmosphere, couple games on the TV, good service. Would definitely recommend. Buffalo sauce on my wrap was a bit tame but otherwise food was good and the fries were great.

Delicious buffalo chicken caesar wrap. Great Happy Hour specials on domestic beer. Plenty of screens to watch the game. Will return.

Pub is on the main level of old Hotel building. Bison burger was decent, Chippers were awesome. Service was spot on. The beer selection is decent, good local brews. Decor more industrial rather than historical pub. Overall solid choice in Cranbrook.

This is very much a pub and it is loud with pool tables in the back.
As long as you know that going in and you're not looking for a lot of ambiance and charm, you're good.
We had the shepherd's pie and despite the reviews to the contrary, we did not enjoy it. It was under seasoned and had six peas and maybe two chunks of carrot in the whole thing.
We also tried the French onion soup which really should have been listed as a dessert. It was extremely sweet! When we took the first few bites and told this to the waitress she said oh well it's a mix and we just got it. So they don't even make it on site. She did not offer to get us something else or credit us back or even apologize.
Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed with our meals.
We also tried the bison burger which was very good.

I had a great first experience at the restaurant—the wedges and chicken wings were fresh and yummy. I recommended it to a friend, and we ordered again yesterday. Unfortunately, the fries were a huge disappointment. They seemed like they were not fresh, wrinkled, and tasteless, to the point we couldn't eat them. I was especially disappointed because I had hyped up the place to my friend.
