Stopped in at the recommendation of our son who just graduated from the fire academy there. Must say was amazing!! Had the beef dip and had a great peppery kick with the best au jus ever. Then my wife got the ramen. We just got back from Japan and I have to say it was on point with the best ramen we had there. I would go hours out of my way on a trip to visit again. Service was awesome as well. Keep up the good work. See ya soon

This is a nice restaurant, the waitperson was very friendly and the food was delicious. Our kids were visiting us from Gig Harbor, WA and really wanted to try the poutine. We heard from others that the Hobo burger is a popular choice. Our daughter in law loved it! We shared the Dirtbag burger which was a classic cheeseburger. It was good. They’re not huge (5oz, patty), so you don’t need to share. We upgrade charge $5 to the pulled pork poutine which had bbq sauce and gravy. It was excellent! We also ordered Fish & chips, which we’ve had better. The fish had a ton of batter with a little fish. Our grandson had the kid’s chicken, which was very flavorful and tender.

Best burger I’ve ever had!! Came to Fire Hall for a Valentine’s Day dinner with my partner and had easily the yummiest burger I’ve ever eaten. The “Johnny English” comes loaded with a delicious blackberry sauce, crispy onions, and plenty of melted brie cheese. 10/10 would recommend getting this. If I wasn’t so stuffed from the first one, I would’ve ordered another to-go. The garlic fries and Moscow mule I ordered with it were amazing as well. Terrific service, great atmosphere, and even better food!

This place is a must! Do not pass it by! The food was great and fresh! I loved the building and history, and the honor shown to the First Responders, so well done. If you are fortunate to have Danika look after you she can share some of the details throughout the building. Great job Danika and team, hats off to you all! Keep up the hard work, it really shows!

I'm a Cranbrook native that moved away long before this was even a place, but I'll tell you what!!! Even living in Switzerland, this is easily one of my favorite spots to hit when I come home! Everything about this place is on point. I was first there in summer 2025, and made damn sure I got back for Christmas 2025..... and looking forward to returning summer 2026. Their taps are dominated by B.C. craft beers, and each one is worth a try!

I don’t usually leave a review but I just wanted to leave a big Rave, this place is amazing there was so many gluten free options and it’s been a long time since I could eat yummy French fries because they have a separate deep fryer and the gluten free bun was amazing and I had to ask our server if it was actually gluten free because it looked and tasted so good.

Mia was an awesome hostess/server and provided an amazing experience for us. Danika provided us with exceptional drinks that had me rethinking the meaning of life. The lobster bisque was exquisite and bursting with flavour. Absolutely would dine here again (and I will).
