They took $46.27 out my account that i placed online for delivery. An hour later I called as the food hadn’t been picked up yet. I was told that i could go pick up the food(which i paid a delivery fee and tip for) or request a refund online(which I’ve done). She just kept saying we have no driver and that she was the supervisor. Ok, well maybe if someone would have called me to tell me that? 0 customer service provided. Will never go there again.

Be prepared to wait at least 20 min for them to pop out of the back to finally take your order. Sware the girl back there is just sitting on her phone doing nothing. Then be prepared for another 15 min wait for your food. Absolutely ridiculous. Where is management? Place is in need of a desperate renovation!!

Ordered at 2:12 on the app says it would be ready by 2:25, did not get my food till 2:32 , when I got there apparently my order was just came up on there system. I only have 30 min for my break.

A few years ago I stopped here and left due to the filth, no food in hand - I think no time will help this place. I had to take my mom for a medical appointment and after, KFC was the only thing she wanted — it’s just filthy in here. They only tables that had someone sitting at it, has been people waiting for take out — other than myself and my mother for the last twenty minutes. I did get a couple pieces of chicken, which soaked my napkin with grease. The teller was very sweet - he is the only reason I gave this place two stars. Floors and tables were disgusting! In the twenty minutes we were here, seen about four staff and no one cleaned the main area.
