The service was terrible, the management was awful. They gave me a burger without the patty and forgot to include the nuggets. at that moment there were less than 10 people in the establishment, I don't think the problem is the heavy workload. The manager is rude to new employees and doesn't hide it in front of the guests. If I could rate this place with negative stars, I definitely would.

I love getting my wrap and it being folded in some odd way. It’s not that hard to wrap a wrap, never mind the tortilla being dry and crumbly. My mom’s drink also had hair stuck to it and we had to repeat our order multiple times and still didn’t get it right.

The nuggets were so old they were hard as a rock. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, except there was no cheese! The staff made it seem like such a hassle I needed the door unlocked to use the washroom. The staff was not friendly at all. Terrible experience. Go to another fast food chain. This mcdonalds doesn't uphold the brand's reputation at all!

People working there can’t understand/speak English. Very frustrating, as it causes your order to always be wrong! The last time we went through the DT, we just ordered a medium fry…. $4.90?!?!? Geeeeez. When Dave Kaiser owned the Mc Donald’s it was the best! It’s awful now.

It's ridiculous That when there's a long line, a woman that the register has to leave and open the bathroom for other customers. It is also ridiculous when you order a large shake an they don't fill it all the way and when you order a large meal they charge you more for the large shake instead of just trading it out for the coke. I get it if they want to charging me 75 cents or a dollar, But 250, that's nuts. Then they charge you for your bag Seventy five cents for your bag to carry your food in that's even crazier.

It was not a good experience. The employees were not very happy or nice. The bathroom door was locked. We asked for them to unlock it please 3 times. They totally ignored the first two times. Why would you have the door locked to the bathroom? Everything was working in there. If you're going to have it locked then have someone there available to help the customer with the situation. There were a few of us waiting lol We only had tea and coffee and that seemed like a struggle too.

This McDonald's has the best outdoor patio I've ever seen. It's such a nice oasis...we always look forward to stopping here for our road trip meals.

I got a soda tonight and it was super flat, what the helly? All I want us a God damn soda that isn't flat. I drive around again and ask for one that isn't flat, and they give me another which was flat, what the heliantte?. Do I need to come inside and change the damn carbonation tank for you guys? what the helly berry? I JUST WANT A SODA THAT ISNT FLAT. Do I need to go elsewhere for my ice tea? like what the helly on?

I attended the Cranbrook McDonald's and noticed a few issues:
1. The terminals had no paper receipts, when I notified a team member they just said oh we got the order dont worry about it. It would've been nice for them to refill the receipt paper. They never did. 2. The display above the pickup counter isn't operating even. 3. The tables were just disgusting. It didn't look like had cleaned them at all the entire day. It was absolutely foul and not to the standards I would normally expect at mcdonalds to be honest. The seats are fabric and were so absolutely disgusting and stained that I didn't want to even lean against them. It looks like they've never been upholstery cleaned since they were installed. We looked at multiple tables and all were just disgusting and dirty. 4. Trash was overflowing and there was a stack of trays above the bins, its like they haven't done their dining room rounds at all. When I worked at McDonald's it was expected that the dining room was clean and tidy. 5. Bathrooms could use a little work as well. 6. Why are so many of the tables chained off? Is it because they don't want to clean them either? Its not as though they clean any of the other tables in the restaurant. 7. The ketchup tastes off. It was kind of gross and bland, but also sweet somehow?
Overall, I personally will never return to this McDonald's and will let people know not to go here. I just hope that we won't get sick from the food because the restaurant was so absolutely abhorrent. The restaurant was empty, and it wasn't such a surprise given the condition of the tables, the floors, and how uninviting the space was since it was so gross.
Also; McDonald's website asks for our receipt number when submitting a complaint but I don't have it because we weren't provided a receipt since the paper was out and the employee refused to replace it and just told us the order number.
