We had an issue with our doordash order, we called this store and Francis was Awesome in helping getting it corrected and He even delivered missing item plus extra. Francis handles issues with professionalism and compassion. He went above and beyond.

So, this has been by far the worst experience at a McDonalds in my lifetime. The shift manager Reggie is completely and utterly incompetent. He has absolutely no dispute resolution skills and is incapable of offering a resolve for a very simple issue
The fries for our son's meal were half full, this was corrected after I pointed it out.
The pop machine wasn't working, with no option other than to wait 20 minutes for them to change the tanks.
I asked Reggie if he can do something to our bill as we were about to walk out completely unsatisfied, but he kept asking me what I wanted. I requested a partial refund, but he refused and also could not provide anything else as a solution.
He was boarderline demeaning and on the edge of being rude about it.
Never again. Please avoid this location. It is operated by an crew of incompetent staff lead by a manager who behaves like a baffoon. Reggie should be ashamed of how this was handled. This could have been resolved so easily.
Never again. Stay away at all cost

This has to be the worst mcdonalds on the planet Staff are constantly rude Don't speak English and can mess up a order because of this. It doesn't matter if I'm there daily and order the same thing They still mess it up. If your going to hire foreign workers and take away Canadian jobs. Make sure they can do the job or speak the language or be grratfull for even being here

And do t blame grill owner your the reason alot of us quit because you are incompetent of running a McDonald's. And corporate should get rid of you finally. I'm not the biggest fan of mcdonalds anymore just because of this mcdonalds like it was absolutely disgusting when I got there and I got sick for like a week after I ate it and it tasted absolutely disgusting I wouldn't be surprised if they deep fried a rat and put it in my burger like I want to just through up thinking about it
