Don’t go looking for a latte if you are gluten intolerant. Only carries 2%. Person answering drive thru sounded like she didn’t even know McDonald’s carries other milks. However the food was hot. Would have spent more $ if there were choices for lattes.

I litterrly pulled up at 1050 pm. Doors are locked. So I get in from staff. Order a large in a go cup and the last chocolate chip cookie. She charges me a chocolate chip muffin. I told both of these ppl I wanted the last cookie. Is this job too hard for these employees?

Came through the mcdonalds drive thru with Partner and mother in law. Ordered 1 bacon egg combo with orange juice, 1 sausage with cheese mcgriddle combo with diet coke, and 1 large vanilla latte to go. The person on the otherside taking the order, doubled everything, besides the orange juice. Not what ordered as there was 3 people not 6 people to double order. When picking order up, food transfered no problem, when the drinks came. They were placed all on one tray. At which point spilled all over me and mildly burned me (1st degree burn.)

Staff proceeded to refund only the extra drinks. Considering the outcome could have been worse.

I think in my opinion that communication should be a higher standard and understanding for what's ordered for 3 people. And confirming the order is correct before paying and receiving food.

Ordered a egg blt they did not put the bacon in the sandwich and the coffee was like warm. Because we're traveling through we did not have time to go back and get things corrected. So this is a huge mistake for them. Two less customers.

Called right away to get money back and complain but left on hold waiting a manager.

Every time I’ve gone through the drive-thru late at night, something in my order has been incorrect or missing. For example, ordering a Big Mac with tomato and receiving a Quarter Pounder with mayo, or requesting hot mustard and receiving spicy habanero. I’ve also never been given a receipt to check whether it was a misunderstanding or an order error. I don’t usually leave negative reviews as I work in the service industry myself, and I understand that mistakes happen, especially during overnight shifts ..they can be super difficult. That being said, this has been a consistent issue and I believe something needs to be said.

I very rarely eat McDonald’s but my kid wanted the triple pickle Mc crispy so we went to get one. The person on the drive through intercom was rude and then when we got the burger it looked like everything was just thrown in the box, it had very few pickles and was missing one of the types of pickles that make it triple pickle.

Does the milshake/ ice cream machine ever work after 8pm at this location? Then, when I am stuck ordering something else it is wrong or comes out cold 95% of the time. This location has gone downhill big time since the new owners took over. 👎👎👎

The service was terrible, the management was awful. They gave me a burger without the patty and forgot to include the nuggets. at that moment there were less than 10 people in the establishment, I don't think the problem is the heavy workload. The manager is rude to new employees and doesn't hide it in front of the guests. If I could rate this place with negative stars, I definitely would.
