Fentanyl found on top of toilet paper dispenser when used bathroom here, should really keep an eye on who’s entering your building or clean your bathrooms more often.
The place is ALWAYS dirty. If you order a nugget meal with no sauce and then change your mind, they'll charge you for the sauce. Managers don't take accountability. No ones smiles anymore, they're all so miserable there. Just gross all around really, go to literally any other fast food place in town.
I have a hard time understanding them because they speak a different language and they keep mixing my food up

Paid for food on the app. Got taken out of my account and showed it to them. They said they didnt have it. Went in a few days later and they said they cant issue a refund its a bank issue.
Same as many other reviewers. This used to be the most efficient fast food place in town and I can’t bear the thought of going back. The last two times through the drive through resulted in me repeating myself several times and not understanding the employee through the speaker. Order was incorrect both times though the screen, after much back and forth, reflected the correct order. Won’t be back through until they get themselves together.
Poor customer service by some people. And either food is not in a good quality. Overall poor service.
Customer service is atrocious. They never greet anyone in the drive thru in a timely manner. You never get a “hi” or “have a great day” anything. Your order is almost always wrong even when you confirm it twice, and then when you tell them it’s wrong they will snatch the bag from you and walk away without even so much as an “I’m sorry” or even just “let me fix it”.
It’s always an awful experience and not even worth trying to go there anymore.

Very dirty, not a single table is clean or floor, not even the child seat. The garbage bin is overflowing.

On April 2nd,2025 i asked the staff 3 TIMES!!! to open the bathroom for me all i got was a dirty look and was ignored!!!! Discusting treatment!!!!!!!
Also i witnessed more Unacceptable Treatment of Vulnerable Individuals at this McDonald's ,I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding an incident at this location. A friend of mine recently had her personal belongings including essential items thrown into the dumpster by McDonald's staff. This is not just careless; it is inhumane.
This is not an isolated incident. Many homeless individuals in our community have reported similar mistreatment at this location. It is disturbing that a company that prides itself on community values would allow such heartless actions. People struggling with homelessness already face enough hardship without having their few possessions discarded like garbage by employees who seem to lack basic compassion.
I demand to know what McDonald's is going to do about this. Will staff receive proper training? Will policies be put in place to prevent this from happening again? An apology alone is not enough this requires real change.
I expect a response explaining what corrective action will be taken. This issue needs immediate attention before more vulnerable people are mistreated by those representing your brand!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to have this location rated five stars a few years ago, but unfortunately, the service - particularly at the drive-thru - has significantly declined. If you’re using the drive-thru, I highly recommend checking your order thoroughly before pulling away.
I don’t visit often, but when I do and order for more than two people, there’s almost always an issue with accuracy. Placing an order through the speaker can also be frustrating, possibly due to one or more of the following:
1. Poor speaker and microphone quality, making communication difficult.
2. Staff being distracted or multitasking while taking orders.
3. Insufficient training or mismanagement of who is assigned to take orders.
Even beyond these challenges, the biggest frustration is that the final order often doesn’t match what was requested - even after confirmation.
I hope to see improvements because this location has been much better in the past. A return to well-trained staff and efficient service would make a big difference.
Ever since they change owner this place sucks . Rude customer service they can’t understand you . The new owners in this town are killing what this places used to be
