I wanted to like this so much. With delivery, they forgot one of the two pizzas I ordered, and had to go back and get it. Totally messed up my two cheesecakes but I just let that slide.The sweet sauce donair pizza I got was vile. It had about 3 or 4 little tiny donair pieces cut up on top of each slice (I'm talking about 3 cm big each, so small you couldn't even taste it). The rest was bread and sweet sauce. IT was like I was eating bread dipped in sweet sauce. No joke. I finished one piece and threw the entire pizza out. My friends vegetarian was the same. I wanted to get a donair wrap, but for some weird reason they don't deliver those? So I got the pizza instead. Huge mistake. The grossest pizza I have ever had in my 52 years. The cheesecake tasted like you were eating raw butter. I had two bites and threw it out. I spent around $80 for this and it went into the garbage. To top it off, for messing up my order and forgetting one whole pizza That was cold by the time they had to go get it and come back), they never even offered me a discount or anything. Stay clear away.

Highly recommend giving Oven Fresh Cranbrook a try. Great menu, great prices, awesome owner. Beyond supporting local, it is the best in the town. By far. Been eating here for over 2 years now and they continue to be my go to.

Very disappointed in the down turn of this pizza place. It was once very good but has dipped in quality and service. Our order last time was incorrect and we waited well over an hour today for a preorder.

Great pizza, tangy sauce, nice crispy pepperonis, beautiful undercarriage that left a good crunch in my mouth. Would recommend. Nice to see the little guy winning the battle against franchise pizza. Keep it up 💪

Best pizza in town for sure. However… would be awesome if they could get noise cancelling headphones for when ppl call into order … it’s hard to hear and order.
Was sceptic about ordering pizza from here but gave them a chance... I have to say it was absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely be back!!! A must try!!

Been ordering from here for months and haven’t had any issues. Made a misclarification when ordering our stuffed crust R-Dill and received a regular r-dill. We noticed immediately and went back to apologize about the mistake but wanted to let the manager know that we didn’t mind paying again since it was my own mistake when ordering, he went above and beyond to replace the pizza for us and requested us to take the redone pizza free of charge and even offered a free delivery if we wanted. Absolutely amazing service as well as fantastic management, he even went out of his way after his order rush to hand deliver the fresh pizza to our car outside. Absolutely recommend 100/10% for any of the pizza or other food items here, I haven’t had such luck with well made food and good pricing anywhere else before.
