For a late night snack i ordered a pizza and at night around 11:30 pm i did picl up, employee’s were nice… and this is what they are serving to customers… literally a long black hair that is all the way stuck in cheese and toppings… worst experience…

This is a wonderful Pizza Chain, the man who delivered and provided pizza with love knows what food services are and should be given great love and experience opportunities to further his skills, without love, care, and services nothing ever is fulfilled or makes a difference, in my life-time history of assessing food services, I have only approved this person as professional and skilled to deliver pizza and conduct food businesses/services, he was kind, loving, and godly because he helped an ailing woman eat and become healthy again.

I have gone and moved away from Cranbrook; however, the love and care that was expressed and demonstrated in the food services by the person who provided me the Panago Pizza is nowhere to be found, the man carried 3 LARGE COCA COLA BOTTLES and Three Extra Large Pizzas on the third floor, I have not yet seen this type of love and professional service, the man made extraordinary Pizza, he is nowhere to be found in the city I am in right now, he was my secret best friend and hero, where he is I don’t know but I miss him a lot and truly value him and thank him for teaching a lot about great service. Panago deserves a five exponential five star, this is because care and kindness matter in services.

I've had Panago from Trail, Kamloops, Nelson, Langley Township and now Cranbrook. It's generic slop that gets you through a lonely night on the highway of life. Look forward to my next unknown review? Me as well.
Amazing food and customer service. I would highly recommend to try their New York cheese cake. This would be my go to destination for organic and quality pizza. Best in the west.

We don’t order from here often but that will likely change given every time we have over the years we have received excellent food and service. We decided to order online tonight after a long day and are glad we did. We received our food at our door within twenty minutes, and it was still too hot to bite into! Very friendly delivery driver as well. Completely exceeded our expectations.
Panago is still somehow offering extremely competitive pricing considering the quality and dietary friendly options. We fed six people for under $100 with delivery fee and 20% tip.
Thank you to the staff at Cranbrook Panago for making dinner the one thing we didn’t need to stress about tonight!
