Decent bowl of pho. Missing a couple ingredients I typically like seeing in it but I can imagine that comes from being in Cranbrook and the general client not as excited about it. Wait staff was kind, entertaining and prompt. Price was reasonable given the experience.

The owner is very ignorant and negative! If I could give negative stars I would. Very unprofessional and immediately on the defense. Simply rude ! I was very unhappy with my order it was below satisfactory. I've had decent experiences in the past ( even though the meals are Alwasy on the small side ). BUT after today's treatment I will NEVER repeat. I ordered subs to go and they had next to Nothing in them. When I called I was met with ignorance and hostility, all she did was argue with me . unprofessional !

The food was amazing! The Tom Yum soup had great flavours. The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful making suggestions for favourite dishes. We will definitely be back.

This place used to have delicious food. I work very close to it so we would often grab take out for lunch in the past. I don't know what happened but it seems after covid the place went downhill. The lady that I assume is the owner is rude and mean in person and on the phone. The food portions have shrank, less meat and shrimp than they used to put in it and doesnt taste as good as it used to. I wouldn't waste your time or money eating here. I originally got hooked on Pho in Calgary a couple decades ago and I guess if I want good Pho again it will have to be when I go to Calgary.

The owner, Nancy, is TERRIBLE. My spouse worked there for 2 weeks where she was verbally abused daily (even in front of customers). Customers would leave tips and ask Nancy if she'd be sharing them. Nancy told them 'Yes' but still kept all the tip money for herself. Needless to say my spouse immediately quit and would never work for such a vampire.

We are actually a regular customer to this restaurant just because my wife like their soup bowl . To be genuine apart from the soup bowl nothing else is good or tempting to eat because we have ordered several dishes from their menu and we dint like it and once we ordered their sub sandwich OMG it was a disaster .
Today June 25th my wife was so hungry after her work so we entered the restaurant by 7pm and when we entered into the restaurant there was no one there , we went and sat after us 2 groups came in and they were 4 on each group and we ordered our food first . We just ordered a bowl of soup while the other 2 tables ordered soups and rice bowl I guess , the waitress served the other 2 tables first and she dint even bothered to serve our soup . So I asked what’s the reason and why we aren’t served and she dint reply . So we just cancelled the order and walked out .
Is this a part of racism and plus we just ordered one bowl of soup while the other table ordered more than one , we have no clue but this was disgusting for us . We will avoid to go there here after .

Being thereo given order for more then 40 minutes. We are the first customer sat in, while 2 more group behind us. Instead of serving us they serve the order from group after us. Coming in with hungry & felt upset from the way they service us.
