I always enjoy the food, it's made the way I expect each time. The service is what keeps me coming back. Accidentally placed two orders without knowing and they called me to make sure I intended to, which I did not. They clarified and arrived quickly to boot. Very happy indeed.

The owner was very rude and condescending towards me and my family., The place was unsanitary and the staff who I presume to be the owner was particularly nasty., I’ve been in the kitchen industry for 35 years and it’s absolutely clear to me the new owner of this place doesn’t even have enough thought to take basic care of business.. a very rude owner pointed out to me that she would not be taking my buisness nor money and pointed me to another spot for wings in town…. Thanks you snob 86 my old fav pizza place and the entitled snob that served me.

I’ve had repeated bad experiences with Pizza Hut, but this last one was the worst. I placed an online takeaway order, and instead of fulfilling it properly, they delayed and made excuses about incorrect contact details, which wasn’t true. Their service is clearly biased against online orders, especially when offers are involved, and they treat those customers poorly. I’ve tried ignoring these issues before, but the unprofessional and rude behavior, even from the owner, has been too much to overlook. Pizza Hut seriously needs to fix its approach to customer service.

Very bad service of store. We have ordered our pizza and when we went to take out our order they told us they didn’t made. Instead they told us we want to confirm the order. I don’t know what they are doing. Won’t recommend to anyone. Even they don’t have guts to reply to the customer. Will not be back here in future.❌

I recently had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. The pizza was lukewarm and seemed to have been sitting out for too long. The crust was bland and overcooked, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. The service was lackluster, with staff seeming disinterested and unhelpful. Overall, it felt like a letdown compared to other pizza places.

Pizza Hut used to be a great place to order from, but the current owners have destroyed the welcoming atmosphere that it used to possess. The food is less than edible...the pizza has gone way downhill with skimpy toppings and skimpy on the cheese. When one pays 30 bucks for a pizza they would like to enjoy it. Furthermore, the manner in which the delivery staff is treated is awful. They are constantly insulted and yelled at, basically treating them as servants instead of employees. My friend was recently fired without cause. She was a loyal and dependable driver who was let go because of a personal issue between the owners and another driver. I know I will NEVER order from there again, as owners who treat their staff as servants have no respect for the people they are supposed to be providing a service for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ordering pizza from ANYWHERE other than Pizza Hut.
