I was offered a free pizza coupon for ordering in December. The coupon showed no terms and conditions. At checkout, a $4.99 surcharge was suddenly added. To avoid that, I added items — then I was told the coupon only applies if the order is $9.99+, which again was never mentioned anywhere.
A free pizza that requires hidden surcharges and undisclosed minimums is not free — it’s misleading marketing. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.
Very disappointing experience. Domino’s is much clearer with their offers and pricing.

The gluten free cauliflower crust pizza was delicious and the staff informed me they always take extra precautions to prevent any cross contamination when a customer is celiac, which i hugely appreciate

Being allergic to dairy, it’s hard to find good, dairy free pizzas! This was absolutely delicious, I actually couldn’t believe it had vegan cheese. The price for the amount you get is also awesome!
More than that, a worker personally called me to double check my topping choices to ensure they were dairy free. ❤️ I really appreciated the extra care and effort.

3 stars was all I could give. The pizza itself isn't bad. But what was bad, was the Dips. The cheddar jalapeño dips were spoiled and separated. The other bad part was the service when we called to let them know. They asked when we placed the order 3 times, and asked a 4th before we just hung up. We had ordered lastnight, gave the time we ordered and what we ordered. Apparently the person that answered the phone didn't speak or understand English.

Had the absolute worst experience at Pizza Pizza Cranbrook tonight. Took over an hour for our food arrive, it was obviously cold. When I called it went to call center, they told me the driver attempted delivery - which is not the truth as my partner and toddler were outside waiting while following their “online pizza tracker”, no one came. I did make a mistake and made a typo in my phone number, totally my fault - but being lied to saying that they tried to deliver, and then being told “This is your fault, not ours, you will not get compensation”. The driver also admitted to us that their system didn’t allow him to save the address and he did not attempt to deliver a first time. Overall, it was just rude being lied to, and zero compensation for our $70 order.
Ordered a pizza for take out and tipped 20% so the total for one large pizza was $47. Realizing the pizza box won’t fit in the hotel fridge I asked for a small box for so I could put my leftovers in the fridge. The lady wouldn’t give me a box and offered me a plastic grocery bag.
