Disappointed in our experience today. Took my mom for a belated birthday lunch. We always order a few starters to share. Our gyoza came out cold, took about 10-15 min to get the attention of our waitress to let her know. The replacement came out luke warm. Not sure if they’re being cooked from frozen and not thoroughly warmed up or sitting in a warmer tray? The chicken karage was the smallest portion ever. Great little sushi place! Visited back in Summer and had a great meal. Polite staff at the counter for takeout, and quick prep from ordering to pickup right on time. Sushi itself was nice and flavourful, and the sashimi was top notch. Looking forward to coming back to Cranbrook and stopping in!
