Oh my gosh, where do I start? Such an incredibly friendly staff!! We were having so many issues with our card today. We’ve been here many times before and it’s always been an amazing experience. Thank you to the baristas today for the incredible kindness, understanding and patience 🥹❤️

There are 2 Starbucks in Cranbrook and this review is for the location at 1325 Cranbrook Street North. I found the staff to be warm and easy to talk to. I had a few questions and they were very helpful. I took off 1 star because there were a lot of flies inside - near the front till and around the garbage area. Other than that, my matcha frap and grab n go snacks were a nice treat. I would definitely return to this Starbucks locations.

I love coming here! The employees are the most cheerful, friendly people at any restaurant in town and always brighten my mood🩷 They have fast service considering how busy it always is and always make my drink perfect

I went there for my first psl of the season and was very excited but was severely disappointed by the result. It tasted like an unsweetened latte, not like psl at all. Then when I went back in and told them this they said they would make a new one for me and that they can pour the other one out. I said it’s okay I’ll give it to my partner I don’t want to waste it after all. Then they kept insisting over and over they’ll just make me a new one and when I said it’s okay the last time they extremely rudely looked at each other then me like I was an idiot, then told me they have to pour it out. Why not tell me that the first time then? And every other location they ask if I’d like to keep it, but suddenly this time I’m the scammer? Very rude staff, I expect better from Starbucks

I am loyal Starbucks customer. Went through the drive through. Only one car in front of us. No body in the store from what I could see. Very slow service for the car in front. (Maybe they ordered something complicated?). They didn’t start making our drinks until we paid at the drive through. Seemed to be very slow to make. Unfortunately we pulled out onto the highway before we started drinking the Frappuccinos. They left the coffee out. In keeping with other recent reviewer check your order before you leave the store or drive through to make sure it’s correct.

I was just at Starbucks. Placed my order. Got a larger coffee with an extra shot. Also a couple of things to eat. There was not a line of people. I did wait for 20 minutes for the coffee. The girl forgot the coffee,until I said something. Watching other people get thier orders. Pissed off.

Every single time I order a hot matcha latte it is chunky.
This is the only Starbucks that happens at and I’m not sure why. It’s disappointing :(

We often stop by Starbucks when traveling to Banff. This trip we made the normal stop but was disappointed they had on display the “Pride” flag which is very offensive to us. I thought Starbucks had stopped offending customers! Will be looking for another coffee place in Cranbrook BC.

I typically love Starbucks but the last two times that I have been I've had really bad experience here. I typically love Starbucks but the last two times that I have been I've had really bad experience here this branch specifically. The first one I ordered three basic drinks and waited over 60 minutes for these drinks. After I ordered my drinks I then watched over 12 plus cars come and go through the drive-thru before I even received my three drinks. I then had one of the staff members tell me that the drive-thru was priority as opposed to the customers that are standing in their store. Then today June 16th 2025 I ordered a sandwich. I asked them if they could not heat it as I needed to take it home and take the cheese out as I have a dairy allergy. When I got home I opened up my sandwich and there was two pieces of mozzarella which is great. But to my extreme disappointment there was one tomato on their tomato and mozzarella on focaccia sandwich. At this point I really don't understand what I paid $8 for. At this point I really don't understand what I paid $8 for..... Extremely disappointed.

Awful.
This location or horrific. Minimum 20 minutes in the driveway, 15 if you are the only car. Always out of stock, staff has no idea what they are doing. Poor little cranbrook lol
It's just getting stupidly expensive with the added bonus of having to tip for essentially self serve service.
