Service is very pleasant but unreliable. It’s pretty 50/50 if I get the type of milk I order. Often end up with drinks I can’t drink because I’m lactose intolerant and have asked for oat milk. 6+ bucks is a lot of money to spend on something I can’t drink. Bit of a bummer to show up on my night shift and realize I’m going caffeine free for the night!:(

Asked for a tall Americano dbl shot, please fill 3/4 because I like it strong. Filled to the brim. Unfortunately didn't check it while in the drive through and now I'm drinking brown water. Isn't Starbucks supposed to make coffee?

Save your money. Starbucks is expensive and this is particular one not worth it. I should have lit $6 on fire, at least I'd get joy out of the fire. Ordered a pecan oat latte and it tasted like coffee with WAY too much plain cream... didnt taste like pecans what so ever. They also don't collect points here which is super annoying

for the last many years wherever I go and country I am in, an Americano is my standing order. This was the worst one that I have had to date. It was like I was drinking water with coffee flavor. I almost thought she forgot to put my espresso. So disappointed, ruined my journey.

I come here quite often but this place is either a hit or miss sometimes I order my drink recipe and it has a good taste and other times I order the same exact drink and it’s flavourless and bitter. It is annoying to me because I’m paying extra for the syrup pumps, drizzle, and cold foam and when it’s made like it is supposed to it’s such an amazing drink then other times i need to add more milk or syrup myself or it tastes so bad I’ll just throw it out. I would be weary coming to Starbucks in Safeway mall not all the baristas seem like they care much about drink orders and either make it sloppy and fast even if there’s no line up or people in front of you. And I like the taste of coffee but not black bitter tasting coffee I don’t need a whole lot of cream or sugar to make myself an enjoyable coffee but when I come to Starbucks and have a drink recipe and then it tastes like a poorly made iced coffee it’s disappointing and feels like a waste of money and time.

Staff , food and atmosphere are top notch.However my Delma is I paid almost 36$ for a small hot chocolate amd two breakfast sandwiches.I'll never pay that ever again and just go to timmies across the street, even if they do screw up the orders all the time lol
