“Food was good. Too much cabbage and onion in the bowl and not enough chicken. Female staff was rude. We spent $70 there and we were short $0.10. The female made me go back to my truck and look for a dime to place the order, which I did. Even my nine and 11-year-old kids commented on how rude the server was. Overall the price was OK. Customer service was poor. I will likely give them one more chance.“

“It sounds illogical, given that this restaurant is in Cranbrook and far from the coast, but I think this is the best sushi in BC!!! I travel ALOT and whenever I’m in Cranbrook I look forward to dining at Sakura. The staff are amazing, the sushi chefs make incredibly good sushi rolls with lots of variety in their special rolls. Faves include the Viking roll, kiss of fire and firecracker. I’m already looking forward to my next trip back.“
