Breakfast Here was awesome 👌 omelet and pancakes was great , couldn't eat anymore food 😋 definitely Reccomend!!!
Visiting from out of town, and potentially looking to move here so wanted to try the local restaurants in town to get a feel for the place. This was the first restaurant we tried on our trip, and have to say the food is exceptional. We did not sit down as we had our dog with us but the restaurant itself was very clean and inviting and the owner was incredibly friendly and kind.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for some great food at a reasonable price.

We were in Cranbrook for Rock the Kootneys and went here for breakfast. Fantastic service and the food was just as good. Reasonably priced and good portions and quality!

We had the Tempura Shrimp and the Calamari. Both were amazing. Beautiful presentation. We will be back to try the rest of the menu.

No pictures, I ate my food to fast. The food is fit for a king. My son and I ate here for breakfast and dinner, and both times we were astounded. The service is kind, sweet and fast. There is also complementary soup on Tuesday. The atmoshear is great with a rustic feel and lots of cool pictures. Must visit if your staying in Cranbrook.

Breakfast at the Baker89 was okay. The food was perfectly decent, I had a tasty smoked salmon bagel that was clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The side of hash that I had with it was just okay, and under-seasoned.
The service was rather poor, largely due to there being very few staff present for the large rush of customers at the time of my meal. Those servers that were present were clearly stressed by this, and were rather abrupt in their service as a result; after my brief meal they were clearly eager to get me out of there, which I found unpleasant. This may not be typical of the restaurant, as the high overall rating suggests a much better experience than I had.
The atmosphere would have been charming with fewer customers present, and the place was nicely decorated. The acoustics of the restaurant are rather poor, meaning that the clatter of dishes and chatter of other customers was amplified to be loud and piercing.

Such a cozy spot with amazing food and genuinely friendly staff! I had the banana bread French toast and it was one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve ever had. Everything came out perfectly cooked and full of flavor. You feel right at home here. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Cranbrook again.
