Employees were quick and efficient. I had trouble understanding one lady with a heavy accent tho. She was patient, but needs to speak slower. Food was good. Love the wild berry hibiscus beverage. After the rush of people were gone I saw employees restocking items behind the counter and one who ensured the tables were clean. I love coming to Canada for my Canadian Maple donut fix!

Most of the staff besides one individual were speaking another language and that seemed wrong for the one person who clearly didn’t understand. The staff was all laughing and joking but how was I, others, or the one staff member to know they weren’t talking about them?

Got two different breakfast sandwiches and they were filled with egg shells. Like constantly crunching on them, ended just throwing out the sandwiches. Don’t go here

I prefer the other TH’s location in town over this one. Food order is incorrect everytime, after they ask for specific directions. It’s not that hard to put the cream cheese on the bagel. On top of that the service is extremely slow. I can say after todays mistakes I will be making the trip to the other location instead from now on.

I definitely prefer this Tim Hortons in Cranbrook! Always have our order served correctly, and in a timely matter. Not to mention fantastic for students, nice place to study for group assignments. Also I noticed it's ALWAYS clean!
My favorite Tim is always fresh, nice and friendly staff.

I like going to this Tim's location if I plan on dining in. The coffee is always fresh and hot. Lots of different food to choose from,plenty of sweet treats. I would like to see Tim's offer more sugar-free flavoring for coffees and ice caps for diabetics like myself. Just because we are diabetic doesn't mean we don't enjoy a good flavored ice cap or coffee without going into a diabetic coma?
Parking: Parking is a little difficult getting in or out just the way the drive-thru is set up. I recommend if you park on the side of the drive-thru back into your parking spot because trying to back out while people are waiting in line for the drive-thru sometimes gets a little hectic
