I asked my dad how he liked it here he said it was O.K. and gave it 4.5 stars. I really enjoyed it when I came here a long time ago so I'm giving you guys 5 stars. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Terrible restaurant, you’ll spend 10 minutes waiting to order while everyone just pretends to be busy, then wait another 15 for your food and then when you finally get someone to ask if it’s coming they’ll tell you “oh actually we’re out of those” like I’ve seen 5th graders smarter than these workers it’s crazy go somewhere else if you want to interact with actual people

I understand that it gets real busy in there. Especially during breakfast and lunch time and that might increase the waiting time which is no problem. However if I have to wait a good chunk of time I mostly expect my food to be good quality. I waited patiently for one bagel and when i finally got said bagel it was not even warm anymore! I’m not mad I just feel genuinely let down

Store experience was alright, worth more than 2 stars.
But after seeing a sign advertising a ATM that stated no fees for withdrawing from USD accounts just ruined my trip.
We are already taxed to the max, tariffs making life harder for the average Canadian. I know I should be supporting a small business, but now im certain I should. Breaks shouldn't be given to the people of a country that is making Canadians daily life's harder.

The wait just to order was way too long. Not a good way to represent BC. I thought young people were having a hard time finding work. They could sure use young people to work here.

Most of the food is good, same with the drinks.
But I am fairly certain to save a couple cents they will open those little packs of butter and use it to butter their in-house ordered food items and then throw the opened pack of butter in with orders that require it. Like with the chicken noodle soup order because it comes with bread.
The butter packet is opened and put ON TOP of the hot soup container, so it MELTS and leaks ALL over the top of the soup lid, bun, and everything. It's disgusting, gets everywhere and makes the bread bun soggy.
My partner and I are really, really, really, freaking tired of having this happen to us on repeat. Once we even got a opened packet of butter that wasn't on the soup lid, so it didn't melt but it was GREEN-ish yellow. Which likely means it probably opened, left for a day or two to stew in the heat, and then thrown in with our online order.
Please do better. This is disgusting.
Just went there around 30 minutes ago and ordered a sandwich and 10 sour cream timbits. They said they were out of sour cream and thats completely fine, but said every other flavour was available. So I ordered 5 chocolate and 5 honey dipped. When i got home i had 4 honey dipped, 2 old fashioned plain, 1 confetti looking one, and 3 I don't even know with purple cream. It's honestly impressive to get an order that wrong.
Sandwich was good though. Lol
Busy so a bit noisy. staff is always nice and friendly when I'm there. Patient with an elderly customer having trouble.
