"Double double with large fries and a large coke" This was very confusing to the staff. Communication in the drive through is very poor. I had to explain this simple order 3 times (twice into the order box and once at the window). This seems to be a trend that has begun at most fast food restaurants in the last couple years, I wonder why?
I'm a big fan of Triple O's burgers (and as I travel for work I have the chance to try them from different locations), but I have to say that this was by far the best double-double burger I've ever had. The establishment was perfectly clean and the service was very friendly. I'm definitely coming back when passing through Cranbrook again. Cheers.
