Washroom stalls are quite tiny, but food was better than expected

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Tonight was my 52nd birthday (July 17), and after a nice evening at the lake, we decided to come here around 8:30 PM. Big mistake.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made it clear that customer service was not a priority. The woman behind the bar didn’t even look up from her phone. She didn’t greet us, offer menus, or mention any specials. It felt like we were interrupting her screen time just by being there.

We informed her of our severe allergies to tomatoes and pickles — and she simply didn’t care. No acknowledgment, no concern, and certainly no effort to accommodate. When the food arrived, it had the very items we clearly stated we were allergic to. We had to remove them ourselves, which should be visible on your security cameras.

To make matters worse, we were asked to pay before ordering, which now makes perfect sense. Once they have your money, they don’t care if your order is wrong or if you have a medical concern. There’s no accountability.

To the owners — check your cameras. You’ll see your staff member sitting behind the bar, head down on her phone, while we were the only customers in the restaurant. This wasn’t a busy rush. It was pure neglect.

I’m extremely disappointed that this was how my birthday dinner ended — disrespected, dismissed, and served food that could have triggered an allergic reaction.

We’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the allergy issue and lack of customer care.

First and last time ever coming here.

Classic Pub. Has an old school Cabin vibe to it but not too small. Good food and solid pool table will have me going back soon.

Just called and tried to order something off their online menu, after him telling me they don’t have that anymore I asked what appies they do have and he couldn’t tell me because he wasn’t next to a menu… after a few minutes of him being very rude going back and forth he offered beef dip…
There’s so much more to this but just getting the fact it was terrible service in

My boyfriend and I have frequented the pub the last few weeks. Kylee is always attentive and friendly. Looking forward to many more visits this summer

Great little pub. I was there for karaoke night. A very eclectic mix of patrons. There is was no table service. Need more staff.

Called 1 day before New Years to ask if they would be open past midnight, they told told me they would be open till 1am. Showed up on the day of and they had a private event they had failed to mention to me. Refused my group entry and wasted our taxi fee both ways.

It was bar service but got served fast never stood at the bar long to place an order food was fine. Limited menu but standard pub food. Affordable and fun vibe
