I took my kids here and the staff was 10/10. My kids loved the variety of flavors offered. One of my kids dropped his shave ice by accident and started to cry - they gave us a new one without us even asking. Nicest people!

This is delicious shave ice, I had the coconut with the condensed milk, daughter had root beer with ice cream. It’s very similar to what you get in Maui, the condensed milk is so good. There are lots of flavours of syrups.
Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the shave ice
Parking: You can have free 2 hour parking if you go to a restaurant/are a patron, the machines were not working well though. I couldn’t get the number 8 to work and the check mark wasn’t working well either.

Ridiculously overpriced. A glorified 7-11 slurpee, with finer, albeit still somewhat crunchy ice (not as smooth as the authentic Hawaiian version, but it might have been an off day) and very sugary, artificial syrups. All in all, it would be a refreshing treat and great way to cool down on a hot day, but we, personally, cannot justify the price.
