Yum! Came for lunch on the Friday of the long weekend and it wasn't busy. There's patios in the front and in the back. Quick and friendly service, local beers on tap and Jarritos in the fridge. I got the beef taco and the carnitas taco and the beef was the winner - loved the crispy jalapenos. DIY hot sauce on the tables was delicious. Would return to try more of their offerings :)

This place came highly recommended. Got the chicken tinga burrito. Impression was this is super basic. Bland white rice and white beans made up the majority of the filling. The House hot sauces at each table are very good and they saved this meal. Otherwise, pretty disappointing.

Food is very good. I got the grilled vegetable burrito and the tuna tacos, and they were both so good, I would get them over and over again!

This is always a pit stop for me when i’m on the island. The food is AMAZING! The workers are all super friendly, and there’s lots of seating options! Would give this place 100000 stars if I could.

The food and service is excellent, however, there is one thing in particular that I must give extra praise. In addition to its fabulous food and service, BIBLIO TACO IS ALSO PROGRESSIVE BY NOW BEING DOG-FRIENDLY. And other cafes and restaurants should take note that the law in BC allows dogs in food 'serving' areas, they are only not allowed in food 'preparation' areas. In the year 2025, many progressive restaurants, like Biblio, are allowing dogs where 'preparation' and 'serving' areas are physically separate. Also, many restaurants have designated special zones for dogs, and zones for no dogs. It is well understood and very much appreciated that not all customers like dogs and it is understood that dogs around tables can sometimes be a nuisance for serving staff. However, there is really no excuse for any restaurant or cafe to totally bannish dogs unless the owner lacks creativity, or misunderstands the law in BC. It is hoped that in the future creativity and imagination will cause other establishments to allow dog owners to bring their dogs. HATS OFF TO THE WONDERFUL BIBLIO TACO FOR SHOWING THE WAY IN HOW TO BE PROGRESSIVE.

Very unpleasant experience..
Dog friendly outside. Came inside to ask if I need to order at the bar and manager (?) who was sitting there eating a salad ordered me out curtly without answering my question.
I guess she's not from around here.

$20 dollars for a lower quality burrito than Taco Bell. Mushy unseasoned rice, old ingredients at the height of the dinner rush, soggy, wet, disgusting, low effort, trash food for tourists that will never visit your restaurant again. Save your money, go buy a big mac or something. This was inexcusable. Ridiculous.

**PATIO NO LONGER DOG FRIENDLY**

Drove down with my pup from Campbell River for tacos (we have come here many times and love their food), was greeted with new hand written signs that state “dogs not allowed on patio”.

They have a small alcove between their building and their neighbours you can tie your dog up in, but that is not an option we were willing to use so we went elsewhere with our pooch.

Meh. We’ve been here many times, and it stood out in our minds as being good. My husband and I ordered 3 tacos each including, the carnitas, chicken tonga, hongo, roasted veg and the tuna. All were ok but nothing amazing for $70 incl. 2 pints of flat beer. The albacore tuna taco was cold all the way through to the tortilla. Sadly will not be returning, wasn’t worth the money spent.
