The baking we got was delicious. Totally understand the reviews about the great donuts— and also understand the reviews about the rude lady at the front counter. All we did was ask what she recommended and we were immediately met with “just give us your money and leave” attitude. Definitely off putting, and an easy “no” on the tip button.

Bought some bread here one summer morning. A beautiful place to be able to walk to a bakery for some morning bread.

I have only had their bread (from the stores they are sold at), but if that is enough to make me write a review here, I can only imagine what they must have in-house!

I have a Vegan, low sugar, soy-free (Almost entirely non GMO, and organic-etc) diet, and that can unfortunately make finding food (I enjoy...and can afford-) very difficult. That is the first thing that stood out about the ingredients-(not only did I understand what they were), but also how few it was. That is sadly, so rare nowadays.

One day, a set of friend's came by with some loves of bread...that is how it all started; I almost went through half a loaf today alone. (It was so fresh, it was even warm when I bought it, so...no. I do not blame myself.) Anyways, it has been the best to spice up eating! It is so pure and real, that the unprocessed nature of it, does not interfere with our body's. The friend I mentioned above, has had many years with weight issues and bread was one of the things to avoid. Ever since eating this bread, she remarks how different it is, and how she does not gain that weight! She is so happy to be able to enjoy such a delicacy again.

This bread is unlike any other. I can even enjoy it plain (and/) or un-toasted, which is not like me. The flavours are so meticulously crafted, it lacks no substance, yet works brilliantly with other flavours. I crave it. It is divine. My favourite additions are: toped with some fresh Tomato (and keltic salt), or with some pesto, or hummus.

The crust is also beautiful. I know some people have an issue with crust, so I wanted to add that in. They have a few kinds of bread I have tried, but I admit, I am quite partial to the 'Wood-Fried, Organic Multigrain', and if my memory serves me correct, the 'Sourdough'.

In conclusion, i'd suggest you try the bread.

I was hoping for more, unfortunately it was overpriced for little flavor and standard quantity.

Amazing croissants with unique flavours such as Brie and Pepper and Salmon/Dill. Wide variety of savoury and sweet options. Definitely a must try if you are looking for baked goods and in this neighbourhood.
