Restroom doors should not be locked. The manager has responded that illegal activities have been taking place in there restrooms. Therefore I do understand why they are locked and bumped up the review.

Went to this location and the lady at the front was so rude. Didn’t even greet and handed out the food like she is throwing at us. When asked to talk to manager, she said she is the manager and yelled in front of everybody.

I just wanted to say thank you to the personnel, especially Emmie, who takes orders through the drive-thru. Her voice is incredibly pleasant and clear. We keep asking about your promotions and don't really know what we want, but she is truly trying to help us get the order. The managers is also fantastic.
In the drive-thru, I had forgotten to order my coffee as decaf. When I reached the window, I realized it and asked Param if I can get decaf coffee instead. Param told me he needs to brew and it would take a few mins. I asked him to give me the regular coffee instead in that case. Param insisted that he could brew it right away and it should be ready in a couple of mins.
I like that there are small windows of opportunities in all of our lives where we can enrich someone's experience by taking a moment and providing them our best. Param provided me with the decaf coffee in 2 mins, and was super friendly through and through while I waited. Loved the service; Thank you Param, and Burger King.

I recently visited Burger King Dawson Creek and had an amazing experience! I was impressed with how quickly my order was prepared, especially during the busy lunch rush. The food was hot, and fresh. Wendy was helpful during the ordering process and great with customer service. Another thing that stood out to me was how clean the place was, even though it was quite busy. The staff was constantly moving, making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it was a great meal and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a quick, satisfying bite!

What Happened?? Did the Patty change? I don't get cheese on my Whopper burger, when opened my burger there are only lines on one side. The meat looks like SPONGE, GREASY DRIPPING SPONGE. WHOPPER Wednesdays are over for me. 😭 Tasted very Off.
