I have eaten Burger King all over Alberta and BC i would have to say Dawson Creeks Burger King's is hands down the best everytime I pass through this town I get excited to eat from there store

Disappointed Experience — Missing Items and No Resolution
Last night, I decided to pick up some food from Burger King to make things easier on myself. It’s been a tough time lately after a recent loss in the family. My order number was #39. When I got home and opened the bag, I realized several things were missing: no straws, no marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, and no two bottles of water that I paid for.
I called the restaurant right away, but there was no offer to fix the issue — no suggestion to deliver the missing items, even though I live only about six minutes away. I tried again the next morning during the opening shift, explaining that I wasn’t able to drive because I wasn’t feeling well and that I could really use those waters. I even joked that I’m one of those people who just can’t do tap water — it’s not my thing. Still, no one tried to make it right or offer a simple solution.
Usually, this location provides much better service, which makes this experience disappointing. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and return to the level of care I’m used to. Once they win me back, I’ll gladly update and change my review.

I was very loyal to this location until I saw a preparer use a dirty rag to clean her arm then the prep counter, and grab a bun without even changing gloves . Lost my business when food safety is thrown out in favor of speed

Restroom doors should not be locked. The manager has responded that illegal activities have been taking place in there restrooms. Therefore I do understand why they are locked and bumped up the review.
