This location is rundown and dirty on the inside. Food can come out at a slow rate. When speaking to staff, it feels like you are being an inconvenience and that they really don’t want to be working. It is disappointing to see that this location has a lot of potential but is failing to live up to that potential.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the cashier, Rajwinder. She struggled to communicate in English, so I switched to Punjabi to explain my order, but she either couldn’t comprehend or was inattentive. I ordered a banana split and a brownie cupfection, requesting the brownie be packed separately from the ice cream. She initially agreed, but when I noticed the packing wasn’t as requested and addressed it, she became rude and dismissive, stating, “We don’t do that,” and claimed I had asked for both items in separate bags. If fulfilling the request wasn’t possible, she should have clarified upfront or sought clarification instead of responding rudely. Due to lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I won’t be supporting this business again.

Franchise resraurant centrally located in downtown Dawson Creek. Food quality, selection and price typical of franchise. Long wait times however.

It’s a little pricey and I wish their fries would have a larger portion for the money we pay, Cause it is just a little box.

A small fast-food located slightly off the main road. Can be missed if you are passing through. Location is small and seating area is minimal but that isn't much an issue given the vast selection of fast-food joints in Dawson. Quality of food is ok and it appears DQ has also fallen victim to the allure of shrinkflation. Had to do a double take when eating a double flamethrower burger to make sure the burger was actually a double. Patties are very thin and easy to miss-judge as a single patty at first glance. A great location to pick up customized cakes and freezer snacks, always available with a nice selection.

My stomach doesn't do well with too much dairy. I just didn't grow up with milk in the house. We didn't have that kind of money. However, I do like to have a mini blizzard every now. And then. I went in and ordered a mini. And the gentleman thought I said medium. The manager was so understanding. The manager did not yell or berate the staff member. She returned my money and gave me the mini blizzard that I wanted. I appreciate the professionalism.

Mmm Strawberry cheesecake ice creme cake delish. Having a chain and locks on the cooler doors makes me feel like we're living in a ghetto somewhere 3rd world not a city in Canada. Maybe electronic doorlocks?? Chains up doors doesn't give a family-oriented atmosphere that's for sure..
