Second fastest KFC I ever been to. I went in I ordered my food looked around the place for like 30 seconds and my food was there. That was pretty fast service staff is friendly.. the place was decently clean for a KFC. Can't say much more than that there was a quick in and out. Faster any McDonald's that I've ever been to.

We ordered our chicken , clearly asking for chicken breast. The order was supposed to be dine-in, but it was initially given as takeaway, and when the food arrived, it contained only chicken thighs. When I politely raised this issue with the staff, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive response. I was asked to bring the tray back, and the way they spoke to us made us feel as if we were doing something wrong or trying to get something for free.
I fact, the lady who took our ordered and gave us food said out loud from the till across the dine-in area “ I wanted to make sure you don’t get free food”
We tried talking to the Manager but she had the same attitude same tone.This was honestly such a brutal and hurtful experience. We went there just for a simple lunch, but we ended up leaving in tears. I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of other customers because of how we were treated. No one should ever be made to feel that way in a restaurant. We will never be going back there again.

We love going to this location because the customer service is amazing. Sheila is the GOAT! Always makes us feel welcome and is so friendly. The food is always on par for KFC and they are so accommodating. Totally recommend for fast food in Dawson.

Came to the drive thru at around 7pm on July 21. Whoever was on shift(lady) was very rude at the window and our order was also wrong. The gravy lid was only on half way and so it spilt all over inside. We will never come here again in our lifetime.

Hi, I will Not ever use KFC In Dawson Creek Again. The quality of food has gone to chit. Also the last thing we ordered it was missing items/under cooked chicken..only thing that was good were the drinks. They never tried to fix anything..Go to Co-op Deli they have the Best chicken out of all food establishments. I will continue to tell People to go to Co-op.

I had pretty bad experience with this location. I had a order for pickup and waited 40 minutes to receive it. The staff is unprofessional and they don't pack everything with the meal as some items were missing. The back staff is unprofessional and the lady on front counter was good and asking at back for food continously but didn't get any reply.

I’ve had multiple visits to KFC Dawson Creek, and while the food is always delicious, my experience with the service has been disappointing. Last night, I arrived at 9:16 PM, just 14 minutes before the posted closing time of 9:30 PM, but the entrance door was already locked. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the staff closing early, which is frustrating when you’re looking forward to a meal.
What’s even more concerning is the lack of friendliness from the staff. It’s disheartening to feel like you’re bothering them just by being a customer.
While the food is great, the overall service and attitude really need improvement. I hope the team at this location takes this feedback to heart and works on providing better customer experiences.

Don't even bother going into this location, they will make you stand and wait for at least 10 mins while they tend to drive thru orders that pulled up a long time after you started waiting.
