Totally unsatisfied with their delivery service,surely you gona waste your money,don’t ask for refund let them use that money for their quality improvement 😤
Very bad service they don't know about kfc rules and regulations how it works, onwer is making there own decisions and run this place .
Hi, I will Not ever use KFC In Dawson Creek Again. The quality of food has gone to chit. Also the last thing we ordered it was missing items/under cooked chicken..only thing that was good were the drinks. They never tried to fix anything..Go to Co-op Deli they have the Best chicken out of all food establishments. I will continue to tell People to go to Co-op.
They get your order wrong and they don’t fix it.
I had pretty bad experience with this location. I had a order for pickup and waited 40 minutes to receive it. The staff is unprofessional and they don't pack everything with the meal as some items were missing. The back staff is unprofessional and the lady on front counter was good and asking at back for food continously but didn't get any reply.
I’ve had multiple visits to KFC Dawson Creek, and while the food is always delicious, my experience with the service has been disappointing. Last night, I arrived at 9:16 PM, just 14 minutes before the posted closing time of 9:30 PM, but the entrance door was already locked. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the staff closing early, which is frustrating when you’re looking forward to a meal.
What’s even more concerning is the lack of friendliness from the staff. It’s disheartening to feel like you’re bothering them just by being a customer.
While the food is great, the overall service and attitude really need improvement. I hope the team at this location takes this feedback to heart and works on providing better customer experiences.
Don't even bother going into this location, they will make you stand and wait for at least 10 mins while they tend to drive thru orders that pulled up a long time after you started waiting.

A recent experience I went through needs to be shared. I ordered some food one night, the first thing that happened was the completely useless delivery driver that refused to get out of his vehicle. I live on the 4 floor of my apartment, I sometimes walk with a cane and I had to go downstairs and outside to his car as he told me he wouldn’t come up. My order was over $75 with a 25% tip given to the driver during my online order and that’s how the driver acted, completely pathetic. Then, part of my order was 2 Big Crunch sandwiches and I received 2 normal chicken filets. I called to explain the situation and was meet with nothing but hostility. I was yelled at and was told there was no way they had made a mistake and they hung up on me. I filled out the online survey I received by email and the next day I was called by KFC Corporate to apologize for my experience and I was reimbursed after sharing the photos of the 2 non-big crunch sandwiches I received but that’s not the point, the KFC store took no accountability for what they did and acted completely unprofessional and that is unacceptable.

This is the worst kfc I've ever been too. They have messed up my orders more times then gotten right, plus they have the open sign on but doors are locked and no at working drive through. Wish this place would just close down so we could get a better chicken place.

It was not a good experience at all. I asked them to do well done for my order . First they did not take my order properly and then later they drenched my food in oil . They did not gave me the sauces , plates or any cutlery. When I had the conversation with the manager he said that it is requested they don’t give it until we ask for it . When I explained that they did gave it to other people present there and the last time I visited . I was told it’s requested …even I made the order to stay . The team really needs to do better listening and be trained to perform the same duties . Instead of making excuses for their mistakes .
