Yesterday was our first time visiting Panago, and I must say, I love how the pizza isn't salty and the toppings stay intact unlike the pizzas we've bought from other shops. Moreover, the staff members are incredibly friendly; they speak in a kind and welcoming tone, always sporting a smile. The Filipina lady was particularly nice, even offering us a complimentary juice. That gesture was truly appreciated. I believe we've found the pizza shop we'll always order from.

Keep in mind that I am yet to try the pizza itself, but phenomenal customer service while I placed the order. Akapesh? I believe was the guy's name...who I was talking to... Very calm, friendly, and accommodating. Didn't feel like he was in a hurry and answered all my questions professionally. We need more people like this in customer service. Excellent! :)
