For half a year, my morning started here every day, the staff is very friendly, and their coffee was always delicious.đđđ
We all have issues sometimes at work. But, arbitrarily choosing to change your opening hours to 8am because of staffing (??) when youâre known for being the go to 6 am coffee stop is really annoying. Does your Head Office know you guys are just taping hand written signs to your door to discourage people from coming because youâre overwhelmed?
Iâve seen a slew of negative 1 star reviews for this location. Were I a regional manager for a corporate machine like the S-Bucks, Iâd prob be getting on the horn ASAP to figure out what is going on in my store.
To any LOCAL BUSINESS reply and tell me where we should come grab cups of joe at 6 am, youâll instantly have 38 new customers. Weâre here for work and drink loads of coffee

Today I had my final disappointment at Dawson starbucks, ordered a white chocolate mocha frappe and it was like cream, sugar and ice, yeah Iâm just one customer but itâs a lost customer forever
Just wanted to commend the staff member at the Dawson Creek Starbucks who after hearing the washroom was dirty, immediately went in and gave it a thorough clean!! Thank you!!

I went in this morning and ordered a normal coffee with two cream. Very simple. The EIGHT people behind me received their beverages well before I did. All fancy drinks⊠I guess thatâs what I get for coming to small town Starbucks. I regret not going to McDonaldâs

Unfortunately, it seems like the newest hire might not have the best customer relations skills. It can be disappointing when you visit Starbucks expecting a warm experience but encounter rudeness instead. Hopefully, this employee can improve their interactions with customers, especially considering the prices we pay for our drinks.

Came to the store to buy a bottle of Starbucks vanilla syrup and was denied. It seems, depending on the worker and the attitude, changes the outcome of what's available to purchase. Not impressed. Sometimes they sell it, sometimes they don't. This creates an inconsistent and poor experience.

so bad they i ask them for a pineapple refresher they gave me this pink drink and i didnât know it was mine so i ordered another one and another 6 extra dollars came out of my account and maybe if they had just repeated the order this wouldnât have happened
