After moving here from Fort Mac and having my Starbucks always incorrect even for basic menu items, I am so impressed. This Starbucks nails it everytime and has it ready on time. Love and definitely recommend

Came in for a coffee, as soon as I was next in line to order, the Barista was handed the phone and walked off to loudly laugh and chatter for several minutes. Wasn't a necessary or important emergency call. Just left me standing there. No one else came to take her place. Very disappointed in how bad the service was. I left without ordering.
I get the staff don't care about customer service as to them it's a minimum wage job, but some decency would be nice.

I have been ordering Starbucks for years now and have always had the best experience. Unfortunately, this location seems to be struggling with their barista and the overall customer service. Not sure why, but every time I order a Frappuccino, the drink is not blended properly and you end up with a bunch of ice and coffee separate! Not only they don’t realize the issue, the barista gets upset and is telling me that I have to ask for double blend! Never have I ever had to ask that or ever have this issue at any other locations!
Hopefully a good learning opportunity for their team, and I look forward to going back.

We all have issues sometimes at work. But, arbitrarily choosing to change your opening hours to 8am because of staffing (??) when you’re known for being the go to 6 am coffee stop is really annoying. Does your Head Office know you guys are just taping hand written signs to your door to discourage people from coming because you’re overwhelmed?

I’ve seen a slew of negative 1 star reviews for this location. Were I a regional manager for a corporate machine like the S-Bucks, I’d prob be getting on the horn ASAP to figure out what is going on in my store.

To any LOCAL BUSINESS reply and tell me where we should come grab cups of joe at 6 am, you’ll instantly have 38 new customers. We’re here for work and drink loads of coffee

Today I had my final disappointment at Dawson starbucks, ordered a white chocolate mocha frappe and it was like cream, sugar and ice, yeah I’m just one customer but it’s a lost customer forever
