Normally love subway . but I got a stale wrap today 2 cookies that had macadamia nuts in them good thing I checked before giving to my children as I ordered the ones with M&Ms in them. and the person working till did not understand half of the things I was saying kept on asking me to repeat myself. I normally don’t mind. I’m very considerate, but I just felt like they were having an off day and the food was really off and I hope no one gets sick

The food was good, tasted just as I had hoped! The staff was friendly, but it did seem like there was only one person running everything. The place was clean and spotless! Perfect affordable and easy place to grab food on your way through.

The employee was very rude …. The customer service provided was very bad… when I asked the price of the food she asked me to look at the menu board rather than helping me with that…. Also when I arrived at the store she didn’t even ask me like she was waiting for me to call her for taking the order …. Very bad customer service … I preferred to go somewhere else and get the food…

This establishment refuses to serve free water. It's not illegal but it is usually common courtesy to give customers small cups for free tap water. First time I was told they don't give out free water cups. Next time I was told the water wasn't working in the drink fountain. I bought a cup and the fountain water worked fine! Seems that store policy does not value what is usually common courtesy. Shady buisness tactic. Everything else is par for the course for a subway.

Ordered Doordash for this place. They conpletely forgot the footlong cookie I ordered (first thing on the order). They did offer me a free cookie but I’d have to go in myself, which isn’t exactly an option right away. Disappointed but hey, free cookie soon.
Food is ok, prices are insane now and I saw a fly landing on the meats. The person working there insisted that meatball marinara is not a classic sub even though on the website it clearly is. He argued several times my coupon wouldn’t work. I checked at home he is simply wrong. Anyway $17 for a meatball sub is criminal especially with flies going around the establishment…
