This establishment refuses to serve free water. It's not illegal but it is usually common courtesy to give customers small cups for free tap water. First time I was told they don't give out free water cups. Next time I was told the water wasn't working in the drink fountain. I bought a cup and the fountain water worked fine! Seems that store policy does not value what is usually common courtesy. Shady buisness tactic. Everything else is par for the course for a subway.

Ordered Doordash for this place. They conpletely forgot the footlong cookie I ordered (first thing on the order). They did offer me a free cookie but I’d have to go in myself, which isn’t exactly an option right away. Disappointed but hey, free cookie soon.

Food is ok, prices are insane now and I saw a fly landing on the meats. The person working there insisted that meatball marinara is not a classic sub even though on the website it clearly is. He argued several times my coupon wouldn’t work. I checked at home he is simply wrong. Anyway $17 for a meatball sub is criminal especially with flies going around the establishment…

I don't remember who made my sub, but I noticed he's a trainee so that may help when it comes in terms of praise. I ordered an Italian B.M.T with double cheese, toasted, lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, salt & pepper, mayo and an amount of black olives that goes way against the standards. Not only did this man make my sub, he delivered too. He threw out the standard 6-8 olives per footlong and created a sub with an ungodly amount of olives and it. Tastes. Delicious. I get 6 olives per BITE. This man has a career in Sub making. He can be CEO of subway one day. Keep up the good work, dude. Out of the 2 subways in dawson I'm 100% recommending and coming back to this one

The subs are always good. My only negative comment is the prices have definitely gone way up. 3 footlongs and 2 of them meals for almost $50 I feel is a little bit excessive. The service was a little slower but good. Overall a decent experience though.

I usually have nothing bad to say about this location but this time it was severely disappointing. They had limited choices of bread and then the bread I did get was hard. I got a steak and cheese and it wasn’t very good at all.
