Ordered a footlong sweet onion, and asked for 3 takeout containers of sweet onion sauce on the side so the sub wouldn't get soggy before I got home (they are tiny containers). Was told no. I told him I would happily pay for the sauce, and he still refused. won't be going back here again.

I came in and purchased two sandwiches—one for lunch and one for dinner. At checkout, I asked for the sauce on the side, but was told that the owner has removed the sauce cups and that they no longer offer sauce separately. I then asked if it could be put in a soup cup instead, but was told that it’s against policy.

Since I work out of town, having sauce on both sandwiches right away means the second one ends up soggy by the time I eat it for supper. I’m very disappointed with this decision from the owner and, unfortunately, won’t be returning

Went in after work - the young man was great. Was efficient and I have gone back multiple times just because he was so great and nice to speak with. Amazing customer service.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service provided at this location. I've eaten subway my entire life, the exact same sub the exact same way with 2 sides of mixed sauce on the side to prevent having a sloppy sub(I like my sauce). Unfortunately this location was out of sauce cups when I requested my sides, I politely asked to use a soup bowl instead so I can still have my side sauce, I even offered to pay 20cents. I was told no, they'd run out of soup bowls if they did that, and then I was promptly told they would charge me 4DOLLARS for an empty soup bowl in order to accommodate the sauce request. Keep in mind a small bowl of actual soup is $4.09...... I understand I am particular about my sauce but come on?? I even asked if they had another option for me to get my sauce on the side and nothing was offered.

It seems small and insignificant but if they can't accommodate a small request and then wish to price gouge I certainly won't be returning.

Paid for skip the dishes but had missing items, but instead of rectifying the issue all they could offer is that I come pick it up myself. Pretty sure if I wanted to actually pick it up my self I wouldn't have ordered skip

The price of the food is a run-away-train.$11 for 6in. $17 for 12in. Add a pop and 2 cookies and it's $24.For that the bread is narrower than it used to be, so it doesn't hold as much veggies either.Rating is for disappointment of value for money.

Staff was very frustrated around 1:30. I was the only customer and staff had very poor customer service skills and wasn’t very helpful at all.

We went to the store and the staff Kai was so rude to us she even didn’t active at all. There was other guy i just giving him instructions for what i am looking for but she interrupted us and she served us with the worst. Kai is a very bad attitude lady
