Food is really good but One of the worker name KAI she is so rude and shows attitude every time I vist there. Even she is not packing food properly.

Why is it that these chain restaurants in Dawson Creek cannot seem to keep to the same standards as other parts of the country?Half the time the staff is rude, or don’t know what they are doing. Both Dawson creek locations are often out of stuff, and never seem to be able to get it together enough to stock up on things like, soup. It’s frustrating. Do better!

Stopped into Subway for dinner and ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Wrap yesterdayI couldn’t decide sauce to finish the female employee suggested which I followed through with. My goodness, the wrap was so flavourful and fresh tasting!Both of the employees were so polite, attentive, smiled and helpful! Both 5 star staff :)Thank you for being you!Thank You
Ordering a 100 order wasn't finished then they started helping others before my order was finished so I wasn't able to get my complete order so when did they decide staff tells customers when there done ordering!!!!!

The manager is really rude. I asked for a bag to takeaway my footlong and she refused to give the bag. I always go to this subway and all the employees are really friendly but yesterday the manager was there and i went out of that subway carrying my sub without a bag.... it was really a embarrasing moment. So disrespectful ??

Ordered online for a 5:00pm pick-up (sent order in at 4:10pm). Showed up for the subs at 5:06pm and subs had not even been started to be built and the place was empty.No more tips for this Subway.
