I had a fantastic experience. The customer service was outstanding-they followed up to confirm my order would be ready on time, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the manager calling to check if I needed to add anything to my order. That level of care and attention is rare and made me feel valued as a customer. My team and I really enjoyed the food 10/10👌🏾. Highly recommend this location for both their great food and service!

Totally non-existent service. The one customer ahead of us left and the cashier walked away. Two girls working and no other customers waiting. Both girls working kept glancing in our direction while we were standing at the order area. Neither came to take our order or even acknowledge us in any way. Not even a "I'll be right with you." Apparently we are invisible. Definitely a place to avoid if you are a new customer wanting to try them for the first time like us. Plenty of other businesses who actually want customers.👎👎

18 months ago I decided to start eating better. I tried the Chopped leaf, and since I have eaten there a couple times per week. I have always had great friendly service and good food. I look forward to my chopped lunches. Sometimes I utilize the online ordering which works great for me.

i usually like chopped leaf but this time the service was bad they didn't put the right sauce on the two Bangkok wraps we ordered and the chicken ceasar wrap had no chicken. so less than one star wont go back.

7/10 times there is at LEAST 1 item missing from your order. Usually its the dip. Friendly workers but, friendly doesn't always make up for consistently poor quality performance.
We built out own vegan wraps, many combinations possible. Falafel and tofu available.

Ok chopped leaf. I love the flavors and visual appeal of your salads and I realize you probably go thru 1000 heads of romaine a day but please please think about your customer trying to fit almost a full leaf in their mouth especially if they are on lunch from the office and need to stay tidy. You need to chop your lettuce smaller. Thank you!
