The in store service is shocking slow was a 8 minute wait to get served with only 2 people in front of me. all the staff were in the drive through window
Parking: use the drive through as they make everyone wait to be served when you go inside

How dare they question a basic wrap, then forget the tea, when they're like anything else? Note 1 who cares if its a farmers when we ordered a classic and said a classic note 2 ordering a ST shouldn't be forgotten ordering a wrap note 3 you all failed TDL strandard of upselling.... I've supervised multiple locations and never charged a tea/coffee of a failed order of the order taker next time we will be waiting for the manager

Manager got mad at staff for having to simply remake a drink explaining it was a “expensive drink” :| like what she just doin her job
Wheelchair accessibility: When I steal my Grandma's wheel chair during her 6 hour long naps and wheel around town on her old 1998 wheelee mobilee 5000 wheel chair (the one with the foldable arm rests and 2 added cup holders) the one place I look to go is the Tim Hortons. It is so comfortable and wheelchair accessible that I often lose track of time just enjoying myself in the accessibility. I'll stay there for so long that I often forget I'm her primary care giver since her 3rd husband of 10 months just passed 2.5 weeks ago. Oh the stories I hear when I get back home just crack me up. My favorites are the ones where she falls down trying to get out of bed and is laying there for hours just waiting for me to wheel my way home, hahaha good times...

They gave me cold donuts?
One of the two Tim Hortans locations in Dawson Creek. This one is in a slightly less convenient location away from residential areas but it is far less busy. If you don't mind going to a little further then your experience will be much better.

I recall good food
First complaint. Some guy takes my debit card payment. Then makes my coffee which should have been in the process of being made as I drove up to the drive through window. Then after he takes my payment, he leaves my coffee on the counter and does other things while I'm glaring at him, like give it to me. NOPE, he made me wait until the entire order was filled before the girl gave it to me.Second complaint. I ordered 2 bowl meals. So as everyone knows, those lids don't ceal like Tupperware. She hands me both stacked one on top of the other. Do you not have bags? Those stupid wooden forks are in a small paper bag which of course the forks are going to fall out! The bowls are not secured and need to be held as you drive. You charge enough, so bag them!Walking from the truck to the house, the unbagged bowls slid and I nearly dropped them. But in the process of saving the bowls, I dropped my coffee.Third complaint. Your new point system sucks. It takes forever to get a free coffee. My how greedy you've become. Unlike some, I'm not blindly addicted to your products.
Took almost 5 full minutes for them to answer the drive through microphone at a 6:00 in the morning. Almost ended up being late for work as the whole experience took close to 20 minutes even though there was only 4 vehicles ahead of me. The order was mine but wrong but I didn’t have time to get it fixed. Avoid this tim hortons at all costs you will end up late and disappointed.
