Decided to give Tim Horton’s a 2nd chance and the food was great! However, the customer service was 1 star. It being only my 2nd time at this establishment, I decided on walk-in service to take a look at the menu. The screens changed so fast I wasn’t able to get a good view of my choices. I left, went to the Chevron right next store and purchased skittles. I still wanted something of substance so I went back to Tim Hortons and tried to look at the quick moving menu a second time. After a minute or so I finally approached the counter still unsure of what I wanted. I tried asking questions about the menu but they were ignored. I still can’t tell you the name of the drink as I was just asking a question about it and the cashier just input it into the computer. I paid in cash and that was met with a sigh and an attitude of annoyance. When I received my food at the pick up counter, it was tossed at me as the cashier didn’t make eye contact or even say thank. She didn’t break her stride as she approached the ordering counter and greeted the very next customer with a smile, a “hello, how can I help you” and eye contact.
The guy didnt put any effort into passing the debit machine out the window, i had to do like 90% of the reach and he did 10% reach
Apple fritter is my favorite...so good.
Tried the supreme stack today. Like the potato bun. Food is always fresh.

Worst tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. Won’t be coming to this one again. Last 3 times I’ve order food, it is always mangled or ripped. No care or quality in there food. Some are the staff and also clearly not morning people!
Bad customer service…staffs are talking each other after took my order..I wait around 25 minutes for a small order of chilli soup and for a coffee and they are using other language between them Infront of customers
Ordered LG steepest tea triple triple and medium white hot chocolate.
Received coffee with ST TT on the lid and a candy ca e white hot chocolate.

half an hour to go thru the drive thru just to get my order wrong and then give me attitude when i’m sick of getting the wrong thing at least once a week so was not leaving without my proper order . who ever was working the drive thru between 8 and 9 am do better or go find a job you are more suited to cause that was ridiculous

I'm getting sick of watching people that order after me get served before me. I watched the woman making my sandwich switch to making a different order twice before finishing mine. Which is counter productive cause it only takes 20s or less to make a sandwich and 3s to transition to another. So that's 12s wasted. People ordering fro. The same station should be served in the order they paid. It's simple... I was faster as a teenager when lines were out the door.

Love the dark roast and the French crueller! (Box of those TimBits brighten the kids day every time! ) And it's so inexpensive in my opinion for the quality!

Absolutely disgusted this isn’t even the first or second time they’ve gotten the order wrong. It’s not that hard. I speak clearly a large chai tea. !!!!!
