What is this, a pub?? The shitty music was so loud we had to shout at one another to be heard. The counter staff was disinterested at best. 1/5 would not recommend.

The woman working the store at 11pm on July 6th claims to have no knowledge of their foods ingredients and refused to answer questions regarding allergens within their foods. Perhaps she should be trained on allergies and the severity they have; as well of the fact that knowing the basics of their menu is a Wendy’s standard.

Ordered saltless fries, a large and a medium. Got cold fries that were both medium.
Asked for tomato on the chicken burger, they left that out too.

Go here often for lunch, and the amount of mistakes that get made is turning me away from going here. I ordered a egg blt and they gave me the delux with 2 top buns, tried to just take the sausage off but the taste of it was still there and it was a horribly dry sandwich with 2 top buns instead of the croissant. Not a problem until I asked them to correct it and funny enough another guy was there because they messed up his order as well. After they repeated the correct order back to me, they made a mistake again, giving me the delux on a croissant. All I wanted was a egg blt with no egg and extra bacon. Its not rocket science. And i only get 30 mins for my break so I dont have all day to keep correcting these ladies. They need to slow down, listen to the order they are taking and make sure they complete the order correctly. Or maybe the need further trainning. I dont know but either way I hope this isnt going to be an ongoing trend.

Lady was very rude because we asked for a burger to be exchanged. We originally ordered a Baconator with no sauce and when the burger had sauce on it we asked for it to be exchanged and the lady was extremely confrontational for a burger that costs them 5 cents to make. We were understanding and asked kindly for a different burger made the way we ordered it and she brought back hostility and anger for no reason. Just exchange the burger and move on. it’s not a big deal
