Ordered saltless fries, a large and a medium. Got cold fries that were both medium. Asked for tomato on the chicken burger, they left that out too. Pretty terrible listening skills

Go here often for lunch, and the amount of mistakes that get made is turning me away from going here. I ordered a egg blt and they gave me the delux with 2 top buns, tried to just take the sausage off but the taste of it was still there and it was a horribly dry sandwich with 2 top buns instead of the croissant. Not a problem until I asked them to correct it and funny enough another guy was there because they messed up his order as well. After they repeated the correct order back to me, they made a mistake again, giving me the delux on a croissant. All I wanted was a egg blt with no egg and extra bacon. Its not rocket science. And i only get 30 mins for my break so I dont have all day to keep correcting these ladies. They need to slow down, listen to the order they are taking and make sure they complete the order correctly. Or maybe the need further trainning. I dont know but either way I hope this isnt going to be an ongoing trend.

Lady was very rude because we asked for a burger to be exchanged. We originally ordered a Baconator with no sauce and when the burger had sauce on it we asked for it to be exchanged and the lady was extremely confrontational for a burger that costs them 5 cents to make. We were understanding and asked kindly for a different burger made the way we ordered it and she brought back hostility and anger for no reason. Just exchange the burger and move on. it’s not a big deal

I’m so upset! My husband and I were sat down having our meal when the staff got loud. Not sure if it was an argument or not. But very uninviting. We were sat in a corner tucked in from the rest of the restaurant when someone came over with a straw broom and swept as though he was outside. No regard to everything being swept onto our food. So very rude!!!!!

Great place for a burger.... However they have started charging 25 cents a bag for takeout.... Not to happy when you spend almost $30 on some food and forced to pay more (seems like a bag could be included for that price)

Just went through the drive thru and was told if we wanted a bag to put the food in it would cost an additional 25 cents. The lady at the window said it was mandated from the government. This will be the last time for me going through the drive thru. We have wrappers floating all around the cab of our truck now. When will it end??

Wendy's is a recent addition to Dawson creek, situated in a very convenient location and in a gorgeous new building with Edo Japan and Dominos. The interior is immaculate and is held to high cleanliness standards. Staff is nice and service is fast with plenty of seating. Wendy's of Dawson is a must go to if you're passing through or a resident of Dawson Creek
The drive in is absolutely ridiculous, far too narrow and they don't even have the bushes trimmed! Watch out at the very end as the cement comes out and it's difficult to turn into traffic without running over it. I would advise trucks to simply park and go in and get your meal!
