Food is usually good. I was very sad to eat my Boston cream today and discover there was no cream. So it was just a Boston.
I feel like my next one should be free. Hit me up Timmy's if you want to offer me a free Boston cream with cream.

MOLD IN BAGELS!!!
I keep giving this Tim Hortons second chances since it’s the only one in the area, hoping I won’t find mold in my next breakfast bagel (I usually order the everything bagel). Unfortunately, most of the times it’s moldy and ends up in the trash. God knows how much money I’ve already wasted on food that I couldn’t eat. Today, I finally decided to write this review and consider contacting an Environmental Health Officer to have this location inspected.

Probably the best Tim Hortons I have been to in the past 10 years. I have stopped supporting the company for various reasons. Stopping here on a whim was worth it. Service was excellent. The order was repeated back to me and when I ordered lactose free milk she let me know that the rest of the ingredients going into my drink may contain lactose. All of the 5 staff on site seemed competent and friendly. Food and coffee was hot and fresh. Our breakfast sandwiches actually looked like they were assembled with care, unlike most other locations. Best breakfast sandwiches and coffee I have had from a Tim Hortons in 10+ years. Next time I pass through I will be stopping. Thanks for making an effort to bring back the Tim Hortons I used to know and love.

I stop at the Tim Hortons in Deroche regularly, and I’m always impressed by how hardworking, polite, and friendly the entire team is. Whether it's early morning or later in the day, the staff consistently greet customers with a smile and work efficiently to keep the line moving.
The service is fast, the orders are always accurate, and the store is clean and well-maintained. You can really tell that the employees take pride in what they do, and it creates a welcoming and positive environment for everyone who walks in.
A big shoutout to the amazing team at this location – you make every visit a great one. Keep up the great work!

Ordered a chicken sandwich craveable without the bbq sauce and replace it with mayo. Kitchen put both on and then they were out of crispy chicken. They have no idea what substitution means and refunded me as they ran out of crispy chicken, at least that’s what they told me. Sitting with my fiancé a few minutes later the kitchen made another one, wow! No communication over at this location. My advice to others? Don’t customize your orders here, it will get screwed up!
