When you go through the drive through and order burgers and fries you shouldn't have to check to make sure the ketchup and napkins were put in the bag! Super annoying to discover it after leaving and too busy to go back inside to get them.
Good no hormone burgers and food. They've got the best breakfasts around and I believe they're the best fast food place.

The staff at this location is simply, BRILLIANT. I had made the rookie mistake of not changing the location while ordering on mobile. My mobile order went to A&W in Sooke and I showed up at Duncan location asking for my food!
The young lady who I assumed was the manager, smiled and said - “Don’t worry about it. We will get you your order”.
Now this, this is what service is all about.
No questions, No hassle, No wait, and more importantly, No Doubt!

Your Canadian drive-through been a staple for many Canuks thier entire lives at least has been one of mine. Local owners local kids and young people employed. What's not to like???? And the best burgers in our Town.
