Honestly, Food and Atmosphere was Awesome! We were a group of 15 adults with two children, we stopped by Duncan for a quick bite. Since most of us are restricted with certain foods, Aloha Bowls was our To Go. BUT, however, the workers specifically the two employees upfront on August 1, 2024 (Timestamp: 2:30pm) could work on their attitude a little bit better. Knowing that Duncan is a place where people often stop by to get to their destination, people are often tired and just wanting something to bite. No one’s perfect, but Attitude is something that speaks volume and is the forefront of respect. Again, I would suggest this place to anyone and any of my friends but I would just feel wary in the future because of my customer service experience. I wouldn’t point this out if only I was the one who noticed, but after half of our team mentioned it, it is a concern to point out for room of improvement! Otherwise!!! The Food is Spectacular!

My friend dragged me to Aloha Bowls - she lived in Hawaii and knows A LOT about poke bowls. I have tasted poke bowls elsewhere and they were always "meh", so I was reluctant to have yet another potentially disappointing poke bowl. My friend recommended I have the Combo Poke Bowl. Without exaggerating....I'm not sure I've ever tasted a more delicious and satisfying meal (in my life?!?). It turns out I LOVE poke bowls....they just have to be superb. Do not hesitate to eat here! Best money you'll ever spend on a meal.

The burger was messy but the flavor was well worth it. Leave the highway fast food and have a burger that is actually a joy to eat. This was the first burger in a while that truly enjoyable.

I really wanted to like this place more, however, I gave 4 stars because my boyfriend who barely touches veggies actually really enjoyed his chicken katsu lunch plate and it is so rare for him to like whatever "heathy" food I'm eating. Unfortunately, my "salmon" (really it's steelhead trout) poke bowl was overwhelmingly saucy (and I LOVE sauce) to the point that I just really couldn't taste the flavours of anything else when I mixed it all together. I think it was a combination of the ponzu, pineapple jam and too many pickled things that made it just really sour and and not tasty.
Sadly, the two things that could have cut some of the overwhelming taste were the spicy mango sauce and avocado. The spicy mango sauce was good but couldn't overpower the other flavours and my avocado was super unripe and inedible.
However, I will say, their presentation was absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they use very high quality, fresh ingredients. I wasn't hopeful of finding many gluten free options on my visit to Duncan, so alas, I am happy to have eaten nonetheless.
I will add, when I ordered over the phone, the girl who answered definitely needs to be taught some customer service skills but I'm assuming she is just very young... She was very short with me and not overly polite. My boyfriend said the same when he went to pick it up.
I'm going to give these guys a second chance and try their burger place tomorrow, because anything is better than Whitespot and it looks dang good.

My wifeAnd I each had the chicken wrap. Very good, fresh veg, and the macaroni side was flavourful too.
I really liked my ahi tuna bowl. So fresh and very good. The worker said it’s like having a deconstructed sushi in a bowl. Mango salsa was very good and the tastes are bold and work together. Highly recommend!
