Hands down, the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft inside. And don’t miss their desserts—the tiramisu is creamy and perfectly balanced, while the carrot cake is moist, flavorful, and melts in your mouth. If you love pizza and desserts, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don’t like pizza unless I have made it myself! Hubby was hungry and I didn’t have time to cook, so we ordered for pick up. THIS IS AMAZING PIZZA!! (Better than mine lol)

I love places that have a 'way' about them, this is one of those places. Stacks of pizza boxes, same guy feeding the oven, stacks of toppings you can count on. Not a place for sit down dining really.
Pizza costs a bit more because there is way more of the fresh and pricy ingredients atop these. Plus the dough is 'flying' in that hand stretched way.
Know your pizza though, one heavy with veggies will make a bit of a moist and messy munch. Want it crisp, choose fewer and dryer toppings (like a simple pepperoni mushroom) and it'll still be well sauced and cheesy.
This is not lighter pizza made for a cheaper snack, this will fill you up, or feed you again later. My photos aren't whole pizzas, because I couldn't help my damn self.

Not sure if it’s the owner, but I spoke to a lady who was rude throughout the entirety of our experience. Ordered pick up, not only was it wrong, but they didn’t apologize…nor give us any sort of compensation.
Look, I’m not expecting you to bend over backwards, but at least deliver on the bare minimum…When we called them back to let them know, they yelled at us and then proceeded to hang up. I work in the service industry, and couldn’t believe what I was experiencing.
Nonetheless, we ordered 4 pizzas for $150 bucks (which is ridiculous) and our dairy free friend can’t enjoy their pizza…thanks authentic pizza for ruining our dinner 👍🏼

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with a pizza place. First, the prices they quoted online were completely different — they charged significantly more than advertised. When our order arrived, it was completely wrong, and instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they argued with us. The person on the phone was incredibly rude, talked over us, and eventually hung up. When we called back they hung up again.
Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled it was unacceptable. Zero accountability, zero customer service. I will never order from here again, and I’d strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that values honesty and treats customers with respect.

I wish I was able to give this business less than one star. I ordered four pizzas from them, the total was over $150 - which to me, feels like insane pricing. It also did not reflect the prices that they had online so I felt scammed.
Unfortunately, the order was also incorrect. I understand that people make mistakes and so I called them back trying to figure out how we can fix it and was met with absolutely abhorrent behaviour. They did not take any accountability and did not try to work with me at all to come to some sort of resolution. I was met with a rude, defensive attitude. They did not want to fix anything and they did not want to refund me anything for the trouble either.
I seldom leave bad reviews but don’t bother with this place -they’ll probably hang up on you like they did with me when I tried to get my order sorted.

Ridiculous prices that don’t match their online prices. The pizza isn’t worth the money by a long shot. The customer service is absolutely terrible I’ve never experienced such a rude woman. And they screwed up one of our orders and didn’t care. After looking at other reviews I found many reviews with similar stories and experiences as my own. Disappointed that they were not listed as “relevant” reviews and then I fell victim to the same treatment. Truly Terrible. Nothing good to write here.

Just had the most negative experience with my take out order. Ordered 4 pizzas for takeout which cost us over $150 (which is already insanely expensive for 4 pizzas). One of the pizzas I had a special request for no cheese on the pizza (there is a food sensitivity with cheese). When I got home, I realized that all the pizzas had cheese on them. Immediately we called to tell them that they had made an error to our order. Some rude lady answered the phone and upon us telling her that they’d made a mistake, she decided the best call for action would be to hang up on us. Thinking that was an accident, we called back and the same rude lady answered the phone. All we requested was either to refund us the cost of the pizza or that they make us another one at no cost as it was their error and we would come and pick it up - a more than reasonable request given the circumstances. The lady proceeded to say that they were not going to do either of those options and basically told us to suck it up because “pizza has cheese on it”. We then proceeded to explain that it shouldn’t have cheese on it when the customer has requested there not to be cheese on it and she then proceeded to hang up on us again. I am THOROUGHLY disappointed in the service we received and the blatant rude behaviour by this woman. Our requests were not outlandish, it was their error not ours, and the audacity to hang up on us twice is beyond insulting. I would never recommend this place as they are rude, overpriced, and do not respect their customers. I cannot believe someone would treat another person this way, especially when we paid $150.00, it’s appalling. TERRIBLE experience and they should be embarrassed.

Our experience was terrible with this pizza place. Came in visiting from out of town looked for a pizza place for a good easy meal and made the mistake of ordering here. Ordered 4 pizzas came to $150. We ordered 1 pizza WITHOUT cheese due to food sensitivity and they put cheese on it and then when we got home and saw the pizza in fact had cheese on it we called immediately to fix the mistake and they said by asking for no cheese we should have been clearer and should have said not to put any kind of cheese instead of just “no cheese” and refused to refund or fix it and then hung up on us. We are shocked, never have we received such poor treatment and service. We now are looking for another place to get dinner for our family member who can’t eat this pizza. I’d never recommend this place, their pizza is mediocre at best their prices are very high and their treatment of guests is despicable. Their website claims to create an atmosphere where customers are treated like family and if that’s the case I’m sad for their family. If I could give zero stars I would.

If you have the inestimable privilege of dining here, sit down, stay at the one table they have and eat the pizza like it should be, hot and fresh out of the oven. Eat one of the best pizzas you will ever have the privilege of eating, from an absolute master from Napoli, who’s been doing this for 30 years. He won’t be around much longer at his age, so get in there quickly and find out why people have been visiting this corner for almost 30 years, though he never advertises and never puts out one flyer. What a treat to stumble onto this place, and I’ve eaten pizza all over this planet, NONE better than this master. Thank you, thank you, for the privilege.
