The tasting room and setting is spectacular. The wines were nice but not great. The tasting experience was non-existent. Ie bringing all of the wines at once, placing them on your table and telling us the names of the wines is not what I have experienced to be anywhere close to being a good wine tasting. Anyone can do that. The best places bring your wine one glass at a time and then tell you some details on the actual wines. Even better, why not tell the customer about your winery without being asked.

My wife and I visit blue grouse when we can as members and always enjoy our visits. Lovely setting, friendly staff and nice wines. It's also great you can bring your kids/dog, and your own food... nice relaxed environment.

Tasting was not about customer or experience. Our flight was poured out of sequence, weren't told what was poured. Left us sitting there. Didn't ask questions or offer information.
The winery is lovely, but I would have to say the service by Brooklyn was top notch! What an amazing experience... she was able to go into quite a bit of detail, and answered many odd questions I had. Between the cement vs. Ceramic. Eco-friendly and sustainability, she was so well versed and helpful. The wines and overall experience is worth the trip

We had such a wonderful experience at Blue Grouse Winery! There were six of us along with our four dogs, and the staff made us feel so welcome. Special thanks to Dalival, who took excellent care of us and even our dogs. They had water ready for the dogs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service, hospitality, and overall atmosphere made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this winery for anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience.

While the location is undeniably beautiful, Blue Grouse Winery service lacked warmth and hospitality, and my friends and I did not feel welcome during our visit. Unfortunately, this was during my 40th birthday celebration.
Staff appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic, which negatively impacted the atmosphere. Other guests around us also expressed similar concerns, feeling rushed and uncomfortable throughout the tasting.
We had been looking forward to this visit, but sadly, the experience did not meet expectations. None of us plan to return, nor would we recommend this winery for a tasting experience.
