I will never go into Booster Juice when the old guy is working and/or making the drinks. Both mine and my boyfriend’s drinks were thin and mine was not filled up. We went back and the guy remade our drinks only to keep adding more juice because they’d come up short in the cups. So, now we ended up with thin and super sweet drinks! Plus he was rude, slams the blenders and bangs things as he makes the drinks. He has very poor customer service.

I ordered a hail to the kale (a fresh pressed juice- with apples, lemon, ginger and kale) and the worker (an older man) proceeds to put pineapple juice from the machine into a blender with kale. I worked at booster juice and know for a fact that a fresh pressed juice does not include the sugary juice from the machine. I asked him about it and he said he always does it like that because people like that. I said I would like to avoid the extra sugar but he said he wouldn’t make it the other way. So I left and never got my juice. I’m really disappointed it sounds like someone was too lazy to use the juicer machine.

Booster Juice in Duncan is the best! The kids at our school dig 'em on hot lunch days. Kudos!
The smoothies are always good but the lady working Oct 30th around 2:20 pm was extremely rude. I am not one to complain but she has HORRIBLE customer service. I won’t be stepping foot in booster juice if she’s there.

I'll edit this review if this gets changed. Each time I get the tuna melt it gets progressively more thin with less filling. This time when I ordered it it is actually just bread. This is disappointing as the smoothies are delicious and the tuna melt used to be good. I hope the owner sees this and makes some improvements.

Sent in the other half to order our drinks that we get from booster juice regularly. He asked for his drink and my strawberry storm with 2 changes asking for pomegranate instead of crannberries and strawberry puree instead of the yogurt for dietary restrictions (along with our regular add ons).. to where he was Very rudely told that he is ordering the "wrong drink" and that we need to order the Pomegranate passion moving forward. Then continued to slam and throw things about clearing placing anyone around in distress! Horrible visit!
Now, the following trip.. he ordered the drink (with our add ons) as directed by Diedre and then was corrected again! She saying, again Very rudely, that the pomegranate passion doesn't come with protein and does he mean he want to add protein..
WELL DIEDRE, maybe you should just do your job and take the orders as people know what they are ordering and WHY they order what they do! Maybe Diedre you should think about how you throw things about and slam things while giving people dirty looks. Needless to say Diedre be thankful it was him you were treating so poorly. I'll be coming next time!!!
