the old man working there never fails to make my day, hes funny good at making drinks and is just an all time favourite for me, i dont know if he works there still but i doordashed booster juice then remembered how kind the old man working there is and i wish i just went in to get my drink to experience some amazing customer service

There’s an older man who works at this location on weekends, he is surely and makes terrible smoothies (which I don’t understand as they have recipes)! Burned two separate times when ordering from him. Smoothies were watery and tasted very off, they were not drinkable. If I walk in and see him again, I’ll be walking straight out.

Oh my goodness. Old guy at the helm. I ordered a Berry Cream Sensation & an Artisan Grilled Cheese. I think he just re whipped up whatever was in the blender already. Def not what I asked for…. No yogurt in it, no booster. Thin and basic. Rang up a strawberry sunshine. Like OK?I asked if he anymore protein balls … rambled on about them & then told me he had charcoal ones. I said “no thanks” and he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t know what charcoal does. Excuse me how do you know what I know what I know or don’t know? So he rambles on about what activated charcoal does in the body. Oh my gosh, seriously dude. My grilled cheese wasn’t cooked properly either. What an absolute going show.

Walked in and there was an old guy working aswell as an Uber Driver waiting. The old guy gave him the wrong order and when the driver was like this isnt Uber and this is not my order. The old man literally gave the guy the tablet and was like figure it out yourself... like what??
Okay weird but whatever, then my friend and I get up to the counter and we were planning on ordering separate drinks separately. My friend orders an Ocean mist. Just ONE. and the guy doesn't confirm this or anything or make us pay upfront just goes to make the drink. Bro literally makes 3 and expects my friend to pay for all of them?? We ended up paying for 2 and It felt like we were just rushed out of there. I didn't even get the drink I was going to get because it just felt like whatever.
I'm not even from here and this is my first experience... not very welcoming...

I will never go into Booster Juice when the old guy is working and/or making the drinks. Both mine and my boyfriend’s drinks were thin and mine was not filled up. We went back and the guy remade our drinks only to keep adding more juice because they’d come up short in the cups. So, now we ended up with thin and super sweet drinks! Plus he was rude, slams the blenders and bangs things as he makes the drinks. He has very poor customer service.

I ordered a hail to the kale (a fresh pressed juice- with apples, lemon, ginger and kale) and the worker (an older man) proceeds to put pineapple juice from the machine into a blender with kale. I worked at booster juice and know for a fact that a fresh pressed juice does not include the sugary juice from the machine. I asked him about it and he said he always does it like that because people like that. I said I would like to avoid the extra sugar but he said he wouldn’t make it the other way. So I left and never got my juice. I’m really disappointed it sounds like someone was too lazy to use the juicer machine.
Please teach some kind of sense to this old guy in the shop He is so arrogant Literally I did not see so arrogant like home in this age Zero 0 customer service
