Very friendly staff and love the weekday lunch deal that they have going on. Seems a bit busy but our server and food were awesome!

Was not cute. Pizza tasted pre frozen and wings were small like me.
Way too expensive for a (take out) soup that has no spoons not sure how they expect me to eat on the go “take out”

Food was disgusting, meatballs were cold like they just took them out of the fridge and when I mentioned it all they did was cut them and warm them🤮

Ordered food for pickup and wow bad service. I got to the restaurant and went inside but could not get any help from anyone for over 15min and even after that my food wasn’t ready even though it was supposed to be ready 10min prior. Then after I got the food I opened it up and the Boston Sized Burger was completely soggy and the cactus cut fries were cold and oh also soggy. It was like the food was sitting on the counter in the back for the 10-15+ minutes it took to get my food. This isn’t the first time I had this issue with this location. This was supposed to be a redemption for them but failed miserably. Avoid going here at all costs! You will just be wasting your money! $25 and I couldn’t even eat 1/4 of the food.

This was our very first time in Canada and also our first time trying Boston Pizza — and we loved it! We originally went mainly to watch the UFC pay-per-view, and it turned out to be a perfect spot. The atmosphere was family-friendly, so we were able to enjoy the fight comfortably even with our little one.
As for the pizzas, we were pleasantly surprised. We became instant fans of Boston Pizza after this visit, and since then we’ve been trying it in different cities across Canada. Personally, I always go for the Whiskey BBQ Chicken pizza now — it’s my favorite!
Another huge plus is that they also offer gluten-free options, which makes it even more recommendable. Overall, a great experience both for watching UFC and for enjoying delicious pizza.

It was a most distressful experience. I have always enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. However, I have never been yelled at or humiliated by a server before. I had to leave my partner at the table to go sit in my car as I was distressed to tears. My partner had his delicious supper packed to-go and joined me. We left our unfinished drinks at the table.

I’m so disappointed with restaurants these days. It doesn’t matter if I pick it up or have it delivered, they forget to put everything in the bag. The food isn’t that cheap so you expect to receive what you’ve paid for. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak dipper but they didn’t send the dipper part. The sandwich was dry, lacked flavour, I had to choke it down with some water…
Just wanted to share my opinion on this! Especially after reading others comments about their sandwiches. I’ve been too many Boston, pizzas and their locations. Specifically ordering the Philly cheesesteak dipper. ( It’s my favourite) I’ve been to this location twice and my sandwich has come out With basically Nothing on it very stingy With the ingredients. And definitely not holding up to the Boston pizzas Standards.
I had to get them sent back to the kitchen both times to have them add more on the sandwich. I’ve never experienced a cheaply made sandwich for $22
I have no idea who the owners are but they need to Reassess the quality of their sandwiches.

It tasted like they put liquid sugar on my pizza, and called it Hawaiian. Also, I got a Dr. Pepper that was so watered down it barely counted as soda. The Nachos were decent. The Pierogi pizza was edible but bland, overall I did not like the food nor the fact everything is quite overpriced for what it is…
