Just had a terrible experience. We sat down with only a few tables occupied. the service needs to improve; we were not given water, cutlery, napkins and had to ask for them. The food came and the staff member had their thumb in the food. The side plates were put on the table and 2 of them were dirty.
Next came the food and all of us got food except one and he had to wait another 5 minutes.
There were several hairs on my plate under the pizza so it was returned.
On the table behind us, the dirty dishes had been left and none of the staff bothered to clean them away the whole time we were there.
Our view out the window were junkies getting high after their sullplier dropped their drugs off.
This used to be a great place fir a family supper, but it's gone down hill. So sad.

We have always eaten here on pasta tuesday or if we have friends and family visiting. Almost like a tradition since moving to duncan.we used to order take out , about 2 times per month at least, but honestly cannot believe how much the service and food has gone downhill, and it seema to be getting worse and worse. My hubby orswrs his pasta and always requests no veggies in the sauce. He has an intolerance and will get sick very quick. We always request for sauce without the chunks of veg, and they do their very best to accommodate. Not this time. I ordered by phone, and the person i talked to was very hostile when i asked for this request, arguing with mw, gas lighting me, but i just got through the order abd went to pick it up. The person told be and swore thay there is no begetable im thw sauce, there never is, which os not truw, thre always is, i love the beggiea in the pasta sauce so i can confirm. Anyways, when we got home, pasta opened, and the sauce is FULL of big chunks of vegetables. Almost like they added more?

So i called beacuse we to return the pasta as he was very hungry and couldnt eat the food we just brought home. This is were the whole thing got 1000000 timea worse, the person on the phine fought with me, called me down, said i am crazy, said thay he doesnt believe me he, completely list it on me while i was gwtting more mad . In the end my parteer went down to the boston pizza and set the guy atraight, but what an emotional roller coaster, i was triggered beyond comprehension and warn eveylryone to be carefulll at duncan boston pizza, it seems to be an unsafe and customer service minded place now,. Hopw this helps someone whos experienced something similar.

I’ve been standing in the entrance for 45 minutes. The takeout order was supposed to be ready 5 minutes before I got here. After I paid they told me it was going to be 5 more minutes. They told the same line to a few other people who have also been waiting here for 30-45 minutes. There’s currently 14 people waiting for their order. I understand restaurants can be busy but I was lied to twice about the expected time. I will not be returning here.

0/5 stars. Waited over an hour for a pickup order at Boston Pizza Duncan, along with a dozen other frustrated customers. They clearly prioritize dine-ins, leaving pickup orders neglected. To top it off, the food was incredibly subpar—cold, bland, and not worth the wait. Terrible experience overall. Won’t be returning.

We LOVE this Duncan Boston Pizza. We eat here often. We have great service each time (eat in or take out). They are friendly and kind to our kids. Very family friendly!

Food was good. Presentation a little sloppy. Interior a little dated. Could use freshening up.

I ordered the sandwich. I don’t really think it looks anything like it does in the menu, but that’s just my opinion it taste OK. Soggy sweet potato fries with no dip that’s supposed to come with a Sriracha dip I believe after paying $28 you think I’d be a bit better $30 for a one slice of roast beef or it’s supposed to be steak on here or something

Been ordering from this location for over a year (depression really makes you settle) and once out of the many time I’ve ordered do they actually get your order correct. Fries taste like chemicals too. Nanaimo is 1000x better than the Duncan location. Please, save your money.

Online Order : Ordered a small pizza online and was specific, on TWO separate areas within the order form, that the pizza should have no onions. After I arrived home, looked at the pizza and it had onions on it! Someone is not very observant in the kitchen! When I called in to let them know, they said they would replace with another pizza whenever I was in town again. And I also ordered the salmon dish for $27...it was small, dry, hardly any sauce or pomegranates, no quinoa, no brown rice. Not worth the money and would never order again. People work so hard so that when they go out to a restaurant, they want to get food that's worth the money they paid for. If you can make a dish way better at home for way less money, than why would one ever order from here again?

Our waitress was great, but this was one of the worst fast casual meals I have ever had

We ordered on Uber eats. One of the desserts was delivered and was good. Somehow they missed one of our two items.

Let me first say, that going to BP and reviewing it and NOT getting their pizza is perhaps nonsensical, but let me explain. I'm on carnivore diet and only eat meat. So the entire menu is out EXCEPT for salt and pepper dry rub oven baked(not fried) wings.

So this is my take.

The wings were cooked fine, but at $28 plus tax plus tip for 16 wings is questionable in my mind. What solidified my general dissatisfaction was the fact that the size of the wings were wildly inconsistent. About 50% of the wings seemed really small in size.

That's my biggest complaint.

But I was only here for the UFC so once I factored that in I could justify the wings... but if not coming here to watch a nearly $100 pay per view for free, I'm not sure there is above average value here.

I'll bet their pizza I fine though...but I'll never know.

At any rate. Nothing wrong with the greeters or servers they run around and keep the place moving like most places so I tired her $10 for my $30 meal.

At any rate.... glad they show UFC... I will come again for UFC but I'll eat first before i come, tip my waitress good still, but drink water.
