Went through the drive through

the lady was kind super kind and the food was fresh and hot! Best of all she gave us ketchup and gravy when we only asked for honey mustard.😌 Great work keep it up!

I ordered a milkshake and got pure milk. I ordered my children ice cream and they got some melted slop and the gravy was watery as heck if you’re looking for a normal DQ experience this restaurant will not supply you with such.

A Standout Dairy Queen Experience in Duncan!

I highly recommend this specific Dairy Queen in Duncan and believe other DQ location managers should take note of what this team is doing so well.

From the moment you walk in, the space is clean, bright, and welcoming—setting a great tone right away.

But what truly earns this place a 5-star review is the staff. Not only is the customer service consistently friendly and efficient, but what really sets them apart is the number of staff on shift.

Every time I’ve come in, there are usually 5–8 team members working together smoothly and efficiently. It’s a refreshing change from so many other fast-food spots that are under-staffed, which often leads to delays and quality issues.

At this Dairy Queen, the team is on point, the service is quick, and the food is consistently great.

A big shoutout to the crew here—they’re doing an amazing job!

They have a super friendly staff and good food

I recently visited this DQ location and I am very happy with both the service and food. The staff were very friendly, quick and made sure everything was freshand exactly as ordered. The Blizzard was perfectly blended and burger combo was hot and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best DQ spots I've been. Will visit again soon.
