Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the cake we got for my daughter's birthday. Ordered it a month ago but it wasn't even started when the person who was picking it up for us got there and this is what they thought was acceptable. Not only did it not make it home without melting due to it not being frozen since it was freshly made. It is falling apart, very short and nothing written on it. My daughter was so excited about her cake and this is such a let down. SO not worth the $52 it cost!

I ordered a mobile order through the drive thru, the app said it would be ready by 9:56. I got to the restaurant at 9:58, when I got there I was told to pull ahead and my order didn’t come out until 10:15. I drove 5 minutes home and my blizzard was completely melted when i took off the lid and spilled all over the floor, the cone i got was a leaning tower and melting all over the car, i ordered a sundae with strawberry and hot fudge the sundae only had fudge on it. The staff clearly don’t care about quality. Mobile order is pointless i guess since they can’t follow what is clearly ordered and the order isn’t ready within the time frame provided or it sits to melt while people wait in their cars. With how expensive DQ is I don’t think i’ll be wasting anymore time or money here!

Went to Dairy Queen today to pick out an Ice Cream cake for my girlfriend’s birthday. I explored the ice cream cake cooler and was able to find a cake I liked out of the vast selection they had at the Duncan location. I went up to the till to make payment and was asked if I wanted writing on my ice cream cake. I obliged, and Marie took care of me. I left with a delicious ice cream cake, sporting a design of stunning iced calligraphy. Dairy Queen is lucky to have such a cheerful and hard working employee with a knack for customer service. I felt completely taken-care-of and will surely be treating myself with ice cream from this location in the future. Thanks Marie and the DQ team!

Cabs don't run past 9 pm. If you don't have your own car they refuse to serve you. If your worried that much do what gad stations do and use the sliding shelves I tried using the link you sent me and just brought me to the website and I could not find the area you said not respond by.

The food was great and affordable, and I loved that there were lots of booths. However, the tables weren't wiped.

The pop is always flat. And buns are usually stale. Service is always slow. Orders are right about 75 percent of the time. This will be the last time I go to this location.

Please consider keeping the lobby open till at least 11 during summer hours. Quite a few times we had to go through drive thru and sit with friends in parking lot. Watched numerous individuals go to door and try to get in so it would be worth your effort

Go for chocolate dipped cones but shrinkflation must be a policy. I like my cone to be completely dipped not with a 1/2 band of white showing.

It was okay, the buns were pretty stale. It was fast and the atmosphere was typical. Nothing to special. Getting to it if you're coming from north heading south is annoying unless you know to turn into the gas station. All in all it's DQ and it's pretty much the same everywhere from atmosphere- food-service. It's actually insane how expensive this are. A small sunday is nearly 7$
