We ordered a cinnamon bun, grapefruit/ almond cheesecake, nanaimo bar and london fog. It was all very good!

Such a cozy gem in the heart of Duncan.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I love how the walls are decorated with local paintings and art, which gives the space a creative and vibrant touch.

The food is fresh, hearty, and full of flavor, with lots of thoughtful options for different diets. Their baked goods are simply amazing—perfect with a cup of their rich, smooth coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

A wonderful place to relax, soak in the atmosphere, and enjoy delicious food.

Loved the dill bagel, super delicious. I did want a smoothie but they were out of bananas (strange). I highly recommend stopping in. FYI, all the food options are vegetarian.

What a cool veggie spot! Its more of a compound than a cafe, many fun veggie options, GF friendly, salads, freah food, relaxed vibe

Great little bakery and cafe. Vegan, gluten-free. We are not into the vegan lifestyle but were looking for Gluten free options. The Quesadilla was really good. The rice noodle bowl was ok and could have had heartier vegetables added. The Nanaimo bar was good. The crimson tea was delicious. Overall a decent choice.

Such a great place!! I got the Cheesy Eggs for breakfast and a coffee and it was all excellent. The cafe has so much space with lots of tables and good places to work / study.

There must be new owners because the usual “granola type staff” have vanished. The ones who believed the motto of “food into your body should be healthy and uplifting” are gone. Replaced by a baseball hat wearing manager and new staff who make drinks wrong. The portions are smaller while the prices are higher. It used to be a favorite stop when I travelled up island. Now I will be avoiding it! Booo new owners!! Goodbye goodwill

We only got drinks which were great. However the vibe at the place is even amazing.. a must stop shop when in Duncan. On weekends and holidays, the place can be very busy.

Who knew vegetarian could be so good!

My husband and I and a friend stopped here for lunch while doing some shopping. They shared a sandwich. I had a quiche. All excellent. Ditto the coffee. Supercool record shop upstairs. Be sure to stop by.
