awesome little business that provides everything you're looking for!
This is the worst wine we have ever made. Spent 1200.00. For wine that doesn't taste like wine...Paid for premium wine kits. When linda& Gary Dilk & owned business our wine was perfect.... Our wine has now sat for 16 months hoping to get better. BUT it's not ok. . Would NOT Recommend TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

Amazing experience at Great Fermentations. Their Winexpert Eclipse Barolo was truly one of the very best kit wines I have ever made or ever tasted for that matter. I will not only order another Eclipse Barolo wine kit, but I am very motivated to try the rest of the Eclipse line. Typically, it takes a long time to age Barolo wine, the pleasant and knowledgeable staff at Great Fermentations explained how Eclipse kits have a special secret process that makes it possible to have a delicious drinkable wine in a much shorter period of time. Looking forward to my next batch!

Experienced terrific customer service from a lady named Patricia. She is so helpful and amazing. I am very impressed.
I've brewed here several times and every time it's the same experience. Snippy service, never friendly or helpful. When I ask questions about the wine it's a real imposition for them to answer. One time I actually asked if she was having a bad day or if they treated all their customers so poorly. I won't darken their doorstep again.
