Food was 6 out of 5. Had the spicy chicken sandwich and the Philly cheese steak. Amazing. Chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. Although the Appetizer never showed up. Service was painfully slow. 0 out of 5. Took 15 min from seating to order drinks (2 glasses of beer) took another 10 min for the drinks to show up. Disappointing. We were there at 4:30pm on a Saturday evening and the resturant was not busy. There appeared to be 4 servers that spent more time talking behind the bar instead of checking on the clients.

Dropped in for a Dinner with the Cowichan Chamber sip and dine. Food was very tasty, Our server was on point with food orders and drinks. We had a great time visiting other chamber members and the spot was Cosy and fit us all in their private loft. A good spot for events.

I came for lunch with a large group and Camryn was our server. She was such a delight! She managed our orders with grace and perfect timing. She was gregarious and filled with good humor. She made the whole experience even better. Great job Camryn!!!😘

Went there for the first time today with my friends half an hour before closing as we didn't knew about the closing time of the restaurant, I completely understand it was near to closing time,waited for few minutes to be seated, immediately after seating one waitress comes and ask us to order ,upon asking little time to look at the menu atleast she mentions in a rude tone that we are going to close soon,which too we understand as we were late.After ordering our food and drinks we got our drinks immediately which was great,but within few minutes waitress comes and delivers the food as if she was giving food to some street dogs,she literally threw the plates and crockeries on the table which made us feel so bad and insulted, didn't even felt to eat that food,we don't like wasting the food at all but at that time we didn't even touched that food,paid our bill and left. We don't wanna make an issue but just wanna tell one thing that hospitality is all about how you treat your guests.we will never return to this place again nor will ever suggest this place to anyone.

Ordered lunch for two. Tasty. Decided to order a bowl of soup to take away. The container it came in was tiny (smaller than the bowl - same price) and they charged me for the take out container. Really??? It's not like I was asking for a container for left overs. It was a meal to go.
First time I have ever been charged for a take out meal container. Never again.
